Perched on a dramatic ocean bluff above the surf, Keoniana Kai, a 3-bedroom (King, Queen, Queen), 4-bath architectural masterpiece, that sits with panoramic ocean and white water surf views.

Keoniana Kai, located in the prestigious town of Princeville, is an amazing handcrafted home which boasts one of the most magnificent views from every room in the house with the exception of the den (bonus room). The rooms are all very private and set apart from each other providing ample space for everyone. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. There is 2,700 square feet of comfortable living area plus 800 sq. ft. of deck space and covered lanais. The covered 1st floor patio leads to a dipping pool/hot tub area that overlooks the ocean. Another outdoor dining area off the kitchen provides another spot to relax and enjoy the views

Keoniana Kai is a wonderful home for family, friends or for a romantic getaway, it provides two sitting/living room quarters, a fully equipped kitchen for delicious home cooked meals, a well maintained and manicured landscaped yard, access to the beach and close to the shops and restaurants of the Princeville Center. Quick drive to Hanalei or Anini Beach! Located in prestigious Princeville this home is one that you will want to return to.

Disclosure: Please do not park/block the driveway. Public beach access runs through the property. Possible noise can occur during the hours of 6 AM - 9 PM. The paved access leads down to the beach and the Princeville water plant. Management is required to do routine inspections at the water plant and have access through the main entry gate. There is no lifeguard at the beach from nearby access. Please be safe and swim at your own risk.

The views from the house are stunning—and they are the reason you stay here. The pictures are completely accurate. We loved sitting outside and enjoying the ocean views. The house has a lot of interesting architectural features. It isn’t perfect, but we are glad that we stayed here. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. It’s a great location.

Special designer house in the otherwise cookie cutter neighborhood. Unbeatable view and amenities. Relaxing place to be. Lows are the very dated cushions, pillows and linens many of which are musty smelly and some are flat from years of use. Was expecting better as this price point. Host could spend a bit of money to refresh.Lastly note that the driveway may seem gated and private, but it is actually a path for others to walk to the beach and the utility people to access their worksite. It doesn't bother us just something to note.

You cannot beat the view of the ocean from this property! It's as good as the photos. That view is what you're paying for. The property is well located in a quiet area and the access to hike down to Sea Lodge beach is very cool. Also, the bathrooms are tiny, the interior finishes and furnishings are very outdated, the privacy is minimal, you will encounter many lizards and bugs in the house, and the usability of many elements of the home is inconsistent (pool heater didn't work for half the time we were there, only one of the two grill burners works, the garage keypad didn't work, etc). If you are fine with all of that because the view is all you need, then this is the place for you.

We would have liked to know ahead of time that you needed to rent a car with high enough clearance to park in the driveway. The only bedroom with a king bed has a closet-size bathroom.

We had good experience in your house.Because the atmosphere was suitable for Kauai. Lanai dinner was excellent.Also we enjoyed the Weber for meat and fish from fishermen in Hanalei.

Peaceful and stunning

We absolutely loved this home. We did not want to leave and would definitely book again if returning to Princeville. The location, the views, the pool...it was all perfect.

Amazing property! Very quiet and secluded overall. Be aware that a public access trail to a small cove (which is awesome!) runs through the front yard so you’ll have people walking past the upstairs bedroom. The downstairs and pool feel more private.

The house and view were amazing!

Loved it! It was perfect for our group of adult friends who live all over the country as we spent most of our time visiting on the deck overlooking the ocean.

Great family get away!

This property is perfect for a family looking to settle in and truly relax. It has ample room for everyone to spread out and do their own thing while also having great spaces to gather together and spend time enjoying the beautiful views. It is spacious yet cozy and quiet. We didn't want to leave and will definitely be back!

The property management company was 10/10 to work with! They were very accommodating to a few requests and helped make our two week stay awesome! The house is armed with gorgeous ocean views & Sealodge beach trail access is right on property! We cooked or grilled most nights and the house had everything we needed for that. We had a really comfortable stay!

Beautiful!!

The house has amazing views and so much space. We enjoyed the pool/spa daily as well as the short walk to the hidden beach. The house pretty much has everything you could need.

Views!

Stunning sunrise and views! Kids (and us) enjoyed the pool & spa after a day at the beach. Boogie boards, beach chairs and umbrellas were so nice to have and not have to rent. Great property!

Beautiful House in a fantastic setting

This property was fantastic. The view from the hot tub, porch, and bedrooms is gorgeous! The shower in the downstairs bathroom is quite small, but we just worked around that.

Serene Views of the Pacific

We loved the location. Drinking coffee on the balcony overlooking the ocean, while watching the sunrise never got old. The management and process was super seamless. Would recommend this house for a family of 5 or more.

View and ocean breeze are phenomenal

This place is just spectacular! While there are some minor updates needed (cabinets that don’t close, tiny master bath, grill that needs replacing), the view, the ocean breeze, the seclusion override everything and make it a fabulous place to stay. Plenty of space to siewsd out both indoors and out.
