This is the perfect place to stay while in Chapel Hill. Our three bedroom house is located in Southern village. Southern Village is conveniently located in Chapel Hill; renowned for its quality of life, excellent schools, and proximity to all that the Triangle area has to offer. Located within the award winning new urbanist community of Southern Village, our home is just footsteps away from fine dining and shopping venues on Market Street, the new Southern Village park and minutes away from UNC and the RTP, interstate I-40, and the Raleigh-Durham International Airport, your portal to major destinations around the world.

With a park and ride bus lot located in the development, there is no need to drive to down town Chapel Hill for your sporting event or graduation.

Girls Weekend

House was in a lovely neighborhood. It was well-furnished and roomy. Mattresses were a little too firm and could use a foam/feather topper. This place was ideal for our girls' getaway weekend!

Great Location. Great House.

Had a little trouble at checkin but it was handled just fine and our group figured it out. Other than that, the house/stay was excellent and Angelo was great to deal with. House is a very nice/well kept house in a very nice/well kept community. Not walking distance but very close to UNC campus and absolutely walkable to a nice little town Square type of area (forget the name) a few blocks away. Couldn’t help but go with 4 stars for the check in process but in reality, great house and was exactly what my group of friends was looking for coming in for a football game on campus. Would look to book the same house again if I were to come back to chapel hill for any reason. Thanks.

Friends Weekend

This is a great property in a beautiful neighborhood close to UNC Chapel Hill’s campus. Spacious bedrooms and a beautiful master bath. Grill works well and the kitchen is properly stocked with all necessary cutlery and appliances.

Nice location - mediocre property

While this property is in a beautiful quiet Chapel Hill location, the home itself could use a little love. Furniture was in need of upgrades and the overall cleanliness was borderline. The host was gracious in accommodating our request to check-in early, however, communication level was minimal.

Great weekend….

We had 6 adults, a 3 year old and a 1 year old. The home was great, had everything we needed and was in a wonderful neighborhood. Would definitely stay there again!

Nice place and wonderful neighborhood

Nice and close to UNC hospital where our son had surgery. Well furnished bedrooms. Nice baths. Clean inside. Good kitchen. Outside could use some sweeping and de-spiderwebbing however…. Close to great section of wooded trails and paved greenway for running/walking. 5 min to Harris Teeter and CVS if you’ll be living there for a bit like we were.

Comfortable home in great neighborhood

The property was in a great location as we were in town for graduation. Spacious house with plenty of room as I traveled with my parents, sister and spouse. Perfect fenced in back yard for the dog. Host was very communicative and accommodating.

Great place, great neighborhood, great location

House was perfect for our all adult family. Quiet neighborhood, close to downtowns Carborro and Chapel Hill and UNC campus. Would definitely stay here again.

Great time for Chapel Hill Activities

Absolutely love the place, location, and neighborhood. The house is well organized for groups of people or for couples and is located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. We had 3 people staying there for a wedding at the Carolina Inn and parties at the local bars and restaurants. Everything was easily accessible with Uber and there were no issues getting around town. Thank you for letting us stay in your wonderful home!

Another wonderful visit

Great Family House in Chapel Hill

If you have a large group and would rather not spend a fortune in hotel rooms, book this house, that's what we did. We had a large family wedding in Chapel Hill so we needed a large house with several Bedrooms and a full kitchen so this property ticked all of the boxes. The owner was friendly and responsive. We will book again!

Great location in Chapel Hill

This house worked out so well for visiting Chapel Hill and the area. The Southern Village market area has some good places for coffee and to eat. We used the Tar Heel Express bus at the Park and Ride to attend a UNC football game. The neighborhood is excellent for walking the dog. We understood that only starter supplies were provided so we came prepared. We would stay here again on our next trip to Chapel Hill.
