Beautiful views! The property had a country feel while still being close to lots of things to do. A great halfway point between Knoxville and Dollywood.

Host very accommodating and easy to work with. House was wonderful and looks just like the pictures on VRBO. I would definitely rent again.

Family Vacation

Family vacation, first time in TN. House is beautiful and in a quiet location. Tons of things to in the area. Pictures on site don’t do it justice.

Wonderful location

We had a great time staying here and would definitely stay again. The house was beautiful. The only negative I can say is the back deck needs fixed, some of the boards are weak and maybe an awning put up for some coverage on the back deck. Otherwise a quiet, beautiful home.

The best time!

We had the absolute best time staying at this property. It was the perfect location, just minutes away from everything you need. The view was absolutely beautiful! The rooms were decorated so perfectly. We loved all of the camera decorations throughout! The game room in the basement was such a hit with our boys. I think that may have been their favorite part of the trip! I can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful stay in Kodak, TN

This was a beautiful home that met all of our needs. Although we did not spend much time here as we were busty with site seeing, it was a warm and inviting home. There were 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms so that was a bonus. We did not get to enjoy the hot tub, but it is in a quiet and private neighborhood. There was a movie theater room in the basement that would have been great if we had more time to spend inside. It was within 5 minutes of restaurants, the Smokies stadium, the flea market, Bass Pro shop and Buccee's. We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay here again!!

Peaceful Getaway

We enjoyed staying in this beautiful home for our annual girls' & kids' trip. The house had everything we needed and some great extras like the adorable coffee bar. We are picky and found the house to be very clean and comfortable. Loved sitting on the porch and enjoying the views. Our (tween/teen) kids had a blast in the basement, playing in the nearby field, and sitting in the hot tub in the evenings. Plenty of room to spread out and relax. In a very quiet neighborhood but close to Pigeon Forge activities. Don't forget to stop by Buc-ees, the world's largest gas station. We'd also recommend Kodak Northview Optimist Park if you have kids who want to get outside-- just 10 minutes away and very nice.

Loved the house, light in the twin bedroom didn’t work neither did the game. But we had a great time. House was clean and cute lots of space. Would’ve like a canopy on the deck, lots of rain in Tennessee. Neighbor was great.

My family and I stayed here for a week and loved the property! The location was great, as we were far enough away from the busy highway to have peace and quiet, but close enough that we could drive to all the main attractions. It was clean and just as shown in the pictures online. It fit our family perfectly. We really enjoyed our stay!

Very clean. It was great to be able to use a garage especially because it rained most of the time we were there. However there was no remote for the garage door. The vanity in the master bedroom was very small with no space to put toiletries. Beautiful kitchen. Could have used a dish drainer. Also the outside stair railing was wobbly. I appreciated that it was nicely decorated without being overdone like other places we have stayed. While we had no need for the game room and theater it would be great for a family with kids. We would probably stay there again.
