Wonderful experience with this property. Any questions I had beforehand were answered almost immediately. The condo was very clean and had so many amenities that made our stay all the more comfortable. Would stay here again and recommend to others.

The property was clean, and the kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed. However, the furniture and overall condition of the property appeared more worn and used than the photos suggested. Some of the furniture, including the balcony furniture, felt quite outdated and could benefit from being replaced or updated.

This condo is great, one of the best I've ever stayed in. On the 11th floor, large balcony. The master bedroom opens to the balcony oceanfront. The other two bedrroms overlook the other side, one has an ensuite, the other has the bathroom right next to it. There are extra pillows, blankets, etc in the master closet, and we had many towels available. All rooms are spacious. There are 2 loungers with an umbrella complimentary, you check in at the hut on the beach behind the condos to access. The trash chute is a couple doors away. Parking is 50, in a covered garage with a skywalk over to the condos. I highly recommend staying here.

This is a very spacious condo—easily the largest we’ve rented in roughly 20 trips to PCB. It’s exactly as advertised. You could live here year‑round and be perfectly comfortable. I’d love to offer something especially insightful or point out a drawback that future guests should know about, but honestly, nothing comes to mind.

Beautiful condo, with perfect views of the water/beach! The end unit was very spacious and comfortable. Our family enjoyed having the full kitchen, which was fully stocked with everything one would need. The property was also stunning, but would suggest the water in the pools to be heated in the winter months.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo is spacious and we loved the end unit that provided a sunrise and sunset view. It was clean and beautifully decorated. The couch and beds were comfortable!

Great stay

Great stay. View was spectacular and place was all we expected. Owner was easy to reach and responded quickly to all our questions.

Great place to stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
