Thank you very much for the 5 Star review. Our company is known for having the cleanest condos in Panama City Beach so my apologies you did not find the property 100% on point. We do state in your arrival instructions if there is anything not 100% and 5 Star to let us know and we will come back out to make sure everything is great for you. We will go above and beyond but we have to be informed so we can move asap and make it right for you. I wish in a perfect world we never had to even ask and that everything would be perfect upon arrival but unfortunately and especially during peak season, there may be a few items missed. We hope you had the best vacation and created memories with family and friends to last forever! Thank you very much for the awesome 4 STAR review and letting us know the listed items needing attention. We are the #1 property management team in PCB and have over 5000 reviews but it is reviews like this that keep us in line! We do our best to make these changes as soon as possible to keep the units in our portfolio at 5 STAR status. I have already contacted our team and the Owner to repair or replace the box spring and/or mattress depending upon the circumstances.
