Cabin in the Woods

We enjoyed our stay and the cabin had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the screen-in porch and the walk to the beach.

Quiet Woodsy Location

Convenient location just 10 minutes from downtown Bayfield. Nice home and comfortable for our stay.

Cozy cottage in the woods. Perfect for our family of 4. Comfy beds, linens, and blankets. Our favorite was the screened porch! Highly recommend this place for anyone staying in the area. Quiet neighborhood & convenient to visiting Apostle Islands.

Fabulous property

The house is absolutely charming and Frank Lloyd Wright-esque. Quiet, tucked back into a wooded area. Very easy access to Bayfield and the activities we were in town for.

Great time had by all

The property was very clean, in a quiet residential community and very close to everything we wanted to experience. (Make sure you check that the fireplace flew is open.) We really enjoyed the screen porch.

HI Conor - thank you for your feedback. We saw your note on the fireplace flue and realized it necessitates putting more instructions in the unit for how to use a wood burning fireplace. When starting a fire you need to open the flue, it does not stay open at all times or you get all sorts of things inside that shouldn't be. The chimney was just cleaned by the chimney techs a few days before your stay so it was good to go.

Wonderful place to stay. Such a cute and cozy cabin. The porch was amazing! The property is in a wooded setting and close to Bayfield. It was clean. The beds were comfortable. They did a really good job at providing everything you would need. We had a couple of questions and they responded very promptly. We really enjoyed our stay and I would highly recommend this property.

Perfection!

A perfect location for a Lake Superior/Bayfield/Cornucopia visit. Property was A+. We utilized the screened porch as much as any room in the cabin. Superbly decorated. We will return.

Nice trip

Very nice with great linens and the screened in porch was very nice. Only problem was that we came from somewhere else and we needed to wash some clothes, but found there was no dryer. Found out after a phone call that we weren't supposed to use the washer, although didn't see that stated anywhere.

THE cutest place I've ever stayed

Holy cow, these ladies have this down to a science. The house simply could not be cuter or more cozy. Attractive art on on the walls, everything you could want in the kitchen, and the best part of it was the fireplace. A double-sided fireplace between the living room and master bedroom! We loved each evening sitting down to very comfortable chairs and a warm fire. Plenty of soaps and stuff in the bathrooms, all clearly labeled. Clear instructions in the binder, and overall very professional job hosting this property. Make sure you check out the trails in the woods - this whole area is amazingly quiet and serene. We loved our morning walks. Hosts were very accommodating of our needs. I would absolutely stay here again.

Great place

ammenities provided were excellent. provided most of what is need. Our only complaint is after first night we took showers upstairs and when we went downstairs the kitchen floor was wet. Shower leaked on top of fridge and dripped down to floor. Not blaming owners for that just the fact when i informed them of it they were aware of it but didn't tell us as we would not have used it.There was no water on bathroom floor. Other than that everything was excellent

The cabin was very clean and welcoming. It was a quiet, peaceful environment. My family enjoyed the screened in porch, despite the wildfire smoke. I would not say this house is toddler friendly, but definitely family friendly.

Great location and property! We went for an event in Bayfield and loved that it was just a 5-10 minute drive. The house was a great place to hang, and we especially LOVED the screened in porch. We had an issue with the water pressure and the host was very very quick to get back to us and had the problem resolved by the time we got home later that day. The internet isn't the fastest in the world, but for the most part it wasn't a big issue for us. We had a great time and would definitely recommend staying here.
