This house was great! Very neat and clean. The patio upstairs was big enough for all of us to sit outside at night. The only problem was on the description of the house it said it was a 5 minute walk to the beach but it’s actually a 5 minute drive to the beach. Mustang Island was perfect for us and the drive was easy!

Really enjoyed our stay for the week. Comfortable, clean, private and all the amenities we wanted. Easy convenience to the beach. Will definitely book again!

Overall, the house was great and we really enjoyed our stay! The home was comfortable and had everything we needed.There are a couple of maintenance issues that could use some attention. The flooring is damaged in several areas and is starting to lift and peel, which takes away from the otherwise nice condition of the home. Also, the hallway bathroom lights seem to only stay on when the heat lamp is turned on. This makes the bathroom get extremely hot, especially during the summer.Aside from those issues, we had a great experience and enjoyed the house overall!

We're glad you enjoyed your stay. We wish you would have let us know about the bathroom lights. There is another switch that controls the heat lamp and we would have been happy to show you how that works. While properties tend to show some wear after a busy summer, we perform a thorough inspection each fall to address any issues that arise. Thanks for letting us know about the flooring so that we can address it.

Great property

Loved the location just outside of town, was quiet and perfect for our family. Owners are responsive and ready to assist needs that may arise.

Loved it

This property was perfect for 2 retired people and daughter and family. It was well stocked, clean, management was easy to reach and very responsive. The area was quiet and short drive to the beach. Would definitely stay again.

Great Location

We had an awesome time. The house is so close to the beach, just one mile drive. Also there is a shared pool and hot tub. The kids had a great spring break.

Good weekend getaway

Everything was as described for the property. The garage makes life easy to store beach and fishing stuff. Family had a great time playing games and eating together in the house. The kids loved the pool.

Great Property

We had a family group 8 and we all thoroughly enjoyed our time at the house. House was very clean, check in/out process was easy. Great location. About 10 minutes from the town of Port A and just right down the road from Beach Access Road 2 made it very easy to load up and get to the beach. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend this home!

Thanksgiving getaway

The house was clean and comfortably housed our family of 4 adults and 2 kids. Sadly, there is no direct access to the beach. Even though it is only a short drive, you need a car to get to the nearest beach access point.

Great house, exactly as described!

Finally a house that is exactly the size you need, is up to date, and is definitely clean. My wife and I stayed here with our beach loving dog for a quick getaway before Memorial Day. The check in process was terrific and it was so great to finally have a house that was exactly as it was described and looked in the pictures. Very well appointed kitchen, nice yard for the pup, and covered parking. Just under a mile to the drive on beach access and pretty much directly between Port A and Corpus Christi making it a short drive to stores and everything you could need. Will definitely stay here again.

Quiet house at a great location

This house is in a quiet, easily accessible neighborhood. This house is clean and new. Theres a short walk to the pool that you can see from the porch. Theres a small pond in between that we've caught fish in the past two years now. Its a very short drive to the- not as busy beach near Mustang Island. Its located almost dead center between Port Aransas and Padre Island communities. Less than 30 minutes from Corpus Christi where they have Walmart, Sams Club, HEB to stock up on groceries for the stay. Plenty of things to do for everyone.

Highly recommend this property

We just stayed for a week. The house is gorgeous and fully stocked. Right down to spices and ziplock bags. We only used one bed, so can’t comment on the other 2 bedrooms, but the main king bed was comfy. The towels in the ensuite were super plush. We didn’t use the pool or hot tub, it was super windy and cold when we were there, but it looked really nice and was lit up at night. Nice quiet area. We’d 100% stay again and recommend their property to anyone. Owners were very attentive and quick to respond. Appreciated the washer and dryer too.
