“Thank you for the 4-star review! We’re so glad to hear you had a great stay overall. But our goal is always 5 star stays for our guests. You happened to catch us during necessary periodic maintenance, as the pool room and pools in that tower are currently being refreshed and will reopen in about a week. The resort always strive to keep our facilities in top shape! Fortunately, with 15 other water amenities available—including four additional pools, our outdoor lazy river, two kiddie pools, four hot tubs, and the ocean just steps away—there was still plenty of fun to go around. We appreciate your feedback and hope to welcome you back again soon for an even better, 5-star experience!"

I am sorry you felt that way but Baywatch is safe resort. However during your stay they had a TikTok crash the beach event that brought 1000 kids to the beach next door with no police notice until it happened. It’s not a normal thing that happens ever at the resort but sorry it happened during your stay. It did cause a couple teenage fights from the TikTok kids running around the resort but they were not resort guests and security and the local Police handled it. I am the HOA President and a prior law enforcement and I get resort security reports daily and the resort has almost no crime as well as there is 24 hour security. So I can assure you and my guests that Baywatch is a safe resort you just had a onetime event that caused some fights.
