Enjoy this cute birds nest with breathtaking views. This is a studio with a kitchen and ensuite bathroom, private driveway, porch and entrance. Beautiful renovated and furnished to suit everyone's needs with gorgeous views you can see from your bed! The kitchen is cute and well equipped to cook a beautiful meal. The bathroom has been renovated recently and has a walk in shower. Downtown Clermont is a walk distance away separated by the 50 HWY. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. FWY, Studio is attached to the main house. Please be considerate and respect quiet hours between 10pm and 8am.

Nice, quiet neighborhood with quality view from the porch. Convenient to historic downtown Claremont, and multitude of stores and eating places along Highway 50.

Nice lake view from the deck. Walk to downtown Clermont and some restaurants. There is no living room space and the unit is small.

We never advertise a living room and we do mention in the description the unit is small. The reviews should be about cleanliness, comfort and location.

Perfect Stay

This is a great place to stay, so cute and has everything you need. Our host was very responsive to every question. It’s a perfect location and has the best view for a morning coffee. Would definitely stay again in the future!

Great place!

We had a wonderful time - this vrbo is so cute and has everything we needed for our visit. The home is well stocked, clean and has an amazing view of the lake. The location is perfect in a quiet neighborhood close to downtown and waterfront park. We will come again!

It sat right across from the lake with a small view. the unit was clean and ready for us, it had all the amenities we needed for a short stay. I travel to Clermont at least once a year, i'd love to stay here again.
