The host was very responsive and the property very clean. The neighborhood very quiet and comfortable. It was perfect for our stay. Close to the stadium. Very happy with our stay.

Last minute gem

We needed a place last minute and this was so great! The Host was so accommodating and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great place

We had an awesome stay! We came down to spend time with our daughter who is attending GCU. Nick was very nice, welcoming and accommodating. We will definitely be back!

Great get away!

This is a great getaway, huge master bedroom. The kitchen is perfect, for me to prepare some of my gourmet meals for my family. The only thing was we were not able to sit and the dining area to enjoy dinner. Other than that this is my second visit to this property...I'll be back in 6 months.

DO NOT STAY HERE

Sadly, this property was nothing like the pictures. There were bunkbeds in one room, that was not listed, the walls are in dire need of paint, the carpet is awful and the furniture is terribly worn - dog hair everywhere. The owner even filed a claim that we broke the couch - it never worked (electronic reclining) The kitchen is poorly stocked. Some of the beds had only a fitted sheet and the towels were so old. 2 smoke detectors were chirping so we had to disconnect them and he never came to repair them as he said he would. The worst deception was that the back yard furnishings weren't even there as shown in pics - except for the filthy table and chairs that we couldn't sit in because they were so worn someone would have fallen through. Unfortunately we could not find another property because it was such a busy time and area. We stayed gone most of every day so we did not have to be in the house.

Hi Sherri, Thanks for your response and the detailed description of your experience. I wanted to address a few of the concerns you raised: * Regarding sleeping arrangements, the bunk beds are listed in the description of the bedrooms. * While there are a few small dings on the corners of the walls from luggage, the paint is not in "dire" need of replacement. * The carpet in one of the bedrooms may need to be stretched, but it's in good condition. * All beds are provided with fitted sheets, flat sheets, and comforters. * We are already in the process of replacing the sofa that was damaged during your stay. While I respect your opinion, I do think a 1-star rating is a bit harsh, especially considering our property's 4.8-star average rating. Finally, please note that we will not be able to accommodate any future bookings from you. Thanks, Nick

It was very clean, wonderful neighborhood. Nick was a great host, replied in a reasonable time manner! Would love to stay in his home again! 😊
