Wonderful spot

The house is wonderful - modern and cozy at the same time. Very quiet neighborhood. Bonus is the ping pong table in the finished basement! Great location just north of Pearl St shopping and restaurants. Really nice hosts. Highly recommended.

Fall Trip

The house was comfortable & clean with lots of natural light. The best part was the location. Close to grocery & 20 min walk to Pearl St. Even faster using scooters or bikes. Host was very kind. Highly recommend.

Perfect!

Quintessential Boulder. Beautiful, well appointed home close to everything. Ed is a terrific host. Responsive and accommodating. We just hope this wonderful property is available next time we plan travel to the area. 5 stars across the board!

Charming home

My husband, daughter and I enjoyed this charming home over Family weekend at CU. We had quick access to coffee and breakfast shops two blocks away. Pearl Street is less than a mile away. Coffee on the wrap-around porch bordered by lavender was a real treat! Of note- there is not a washing machine and clothes dryer in the home. The homeowners were very responsive to all of our questions and needs.

Great location, clean and lovely home

We had a lovely week in Boulder with our daughter. We met a lot of the neighbors and walked downtown and to the coffee shop often. The house was perfect for us and very clean and easy.

Entirely lovely

We were totally comfortable here as a family of three. We had more than enough space, but I don't think I'd stay here with a bigger group due to the single bathroom. Communication with the host was great, the neighborhood is perfect, and the amenities are plentiful. There isn't laundry on site, so if you're planning a longer trip - pack heavy or be ready to use the laundromat.

Adorable Cottage

If there was a chance to give this VRBO 20 stars, I would. We felt welcomed from the very start! Nicely appointed on every level. The neighborhood is very friendly; easily walkable. The owner made this stay extra special with their quick responses. We will be back!!!!

Perfect home ! Perfect location!

My husband I wanted a central location to hike and ride bikes in the mountains. The house in Boulder was our perfect home base. Close to great restaurants and Rocky Mountains!! Owners were easy to contact! We will be back!

Great Visit in Old Boulder

This house is very well located for travel on foot to restaurants, shopping, hiking in foothills, parks - even Pearl Street downtown. It is light, bright and clean with thoughtful touches. The ping pong table was a huge hit, the dart board, videos and comfortable furnishings made our visit easy to entertain our several generations of family who live in Boulder. Old Boulder is a great part of town and we all had a fun time.

great stay

The house is in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of the center of Boulder and the shuttle for good hiking. Ed was quick to respond to all our needs (needed to drop off our bags a little early). Coffee outside on the patio and sitting in the sun is a great way to start the day. The house is clean and served all our needs. Thanks to Ed for making our stay enjoyable.

Everything you need SO close to Pearl.

This house was a fantastic find. Ed was wonderful in working with me leading up to the trip and in his communication. And the house itself is fabulous. If you're visiting Boulder and want to be close to Pearl and the river, this is it. Thanks!!

Great House, Great Location

Our family of five had a great stay! Ed was always prompt and helpful, and check-in was a breeze. There is a ton of stuff within easy walking distance, and Pearl Street is a reasonable walk or short drive away. Flatirons and Boulder Creek are also nearby (by car). We cooked a lot while we were there, and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. We also made good use of the grill and large front yard. Highlight was the basement - great setup for families! Our kids loved the ping pong table and ample selection of board games and movies. We missed in the house description that there is no washer or dryer available, but there is a laundromat a couple of blocks away. Overall I would highly recommend staying here. Many thanks to Ed and his wife for sharing their home with us - it really helped make for a great family vacation!

Ed and Chris's home in lovely and very conveniently located in central Boulder.

My husband, daughter and I stayed a few days while bringing my daughter to CU Move In. We were originally staying at a hotel very close to campus, but learned last minute an error had been made not leaving us with enough beds. The house is very convenient and within walking distance to groceries, coffee, liquor store and restaurants within the Pearl Street Mall area. Ed is very pleasant and responsive to all communication. We would definitely stay there again!
