Scammers

False advertising! Not in historic district. The house has a cracked foundation and the neighborhood is full of condemn ed houses!!

Just okay

It was okay. Listing states a hot tub/spa. It does not have one. That was one of the reasons we chose this home. Outdoor fire pit was there but no chairs around it. Chairs on the deck could’ve been used but they are not in best of shape. Some other minor details that we let owner know of. Older home that has been remodeled. LR is huge, MBR is nice size(no TV), other BRs are small. Neighborhood is ‘in transition’. So yes it is historic area but very run down properties in area - also some very nice homes a couple of streets over . Looks to be an abandoned home next door. Church one house away - so way too many cars parked on street on Sunday - a little difficult to get out of driveway. It is nice and clean inside but exterior and street are a bit run down. Close to historic downtown Mkinney. Easy to find.so, while it was nice enough on the inside, due to the lack of listed spa and run down area - it was just okay.

Charming & Cozy

This lovely house, just blocks from Historic Downtown McKinney, is a truly delightful place to stay. The neighborhood is quiet and lusciously green. The property is clean and cared for. My only disappointment was that I couldn’t stay longer!

Quick wedding stay

We had 5 adults and 2 kids and a chihuahua and all slept very comfortably. The house is larger on the inside than it looks from the outside! We didn't get to spend a lot of time because we were in town for a wedding but the house had plenty of added amenities and the backyard was very cute and inviting. Would definitely recommend!

Great stay!

The stay here was beyond amazing! The host was very responsive ! We had a great time here and was real easy to get to near by places. We will be back in the summer
