Anestasi Cottage Brand new charming cottage with water views close to Cruz Bay
Located in Chocolate Hole area of Cruz Bay, this peaceful cottage is a dream. Quiet neighborhood location walking distance to Chocolate Hole and Hart Bays and minutes from downtown. Fully equipped kitchen with drinkable quadruple filtered water and ice. If you prefer to cook and dine outdoors, there is a grill and dining area with a great sunset view for your enjoyment.
With a bedroom featuring a comfortable queen bed and a cozy living room with a sofa bed, guests will feel right at home. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a hair dryer for convenience. WiFi, Smart TV with Dish network, and AC are available for a comfortable stay.

Please note:
Renting a car is highly recommended. Taxis may not come all the way up the hill and you would have to walk the rest of the way (which is no big deal without luggage but difficult with).
There is construction of the main villa occurring to the east side of the cottage. It is not happening daily and is usually quiet and done in the off-season while guests are at the beach. There is a separate entrance for construction personnel who typically show up early and are gone by early afternoon.

AMAZING stay- great location! All the amenities you could ask for - well maintained and modern home with a comfortable bed after our daily outings. Excellent communication from owner and property manager to ensure we had all the information we needed, answered all of our questions and provided great tips for our first visit to St.John.

Anestasi is the perfect quiet getaway with a stunning view! The property was very clean with a great vibe and enjoyable to hang around. It’s located in a great area with easy access to Cruz Bay. The property had everything we could have needed… and then some! Which made our vacation easy and stress free. Jessica and Bernard were awesome hosts with great communication. We would 1000% stay here again.

Location was great, convenient to the market and close to the ferry dock. The driveway was daunting, but you get used to it - def need a jeep. The views from the place were wonderful, and we enjoyed cooking several nights, appreciated the grill! The place was well stocked and we absolutely loved having beach chairs and a cooler. Also loved the books and games ! Close to USVI national park which was on my list! Great stay!

Our plans had to change due to weather related flight issues. The host was able to get the cottage ready one day early and we certainly appreciated that. Also, appreciated the manager meeting us in town upon our arrival and leading us up to the cottage the first time.

This is a beautiful home. The bed super comfy. Everything was clean, new, the host and manager were very accomodating. The view is spectacular!!! The road up is a little daunting, but i managed. I was happy we rented a car, but i saw a taxi pick up people.P soneighbo
