Welcome to the Sasquatch Lodges! Come stay with us at our comfortable, child friendly lodge located in the heart of the Art District in Gatlinburg. This property is close to downtown Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.

This is the perfect mountain cabin getaway property for you and your group! People always say, "Location, Location, Location" and this is in the heart of the art district.

The Space:
This is one unit in a duplex in the center of the art district in Gatlinburg. This two story unit has 3 bedrooms (sleeps 6), two full sleeper sofas in the living room (sleeps 4), and a common area with a full sleeper sofa and another twin sleeper sofa (sleeps 3). So - the unit can sleep a total of 13 people in beds! There are 3 large decks that look over the Great Smoky Mountains. There are 3 large decks on each unit that look over the Great Smoky Mountains. The master bedroom has its own deck, the living room has a deck, and the two bedrooms and the game room downstairs are all attached to a large deck. There are two off street parking spaces per unit, and a third parking space can be reserved for an additional vehicle fee by the Property Manager if made within 24 hours in advance.

+ Flexible for party size if booked with one or multiple of the other units in the estate
+ Onsite parking is provided for two vehicles per unit, if you require 1 additional vehicle to be at the complex, please ask the owner for advance approval for accommodations
+ This property has a steep driveway, so please be careful backing up or pulling in. Large vehicles will work better
+ If there is an issue with your unit or with the cleanliness of the property, inform The HOST immediately upon arrival to get resolved
