All good and precisely what we were expecting. Hot tub was great. Location is good. The unit is in good condition and clean, especially considering age. We are interested in same time next season. We would consider additional 2 weeks, if situation presents itself and price is amenable.Thank you for everything.

Family ski weekend

We had a GREAT time - right on the bus route, hot tub, steam shower - everything was PERFECT!

Great place to stay and relax

The place was great and the hot tub fantastic. It was clean and furnished with everything you would need to rest and relax. Just steps away from the free shuttle.

Great Vail house for a small group

The house was wonderful! We had 7 adults stay and everyone was comfortable with plenty of space. The location was close to a Vail shuttle stop.

Great spot just outside of Vail

We wanted a quiet place close to Vail Village and this spot was perfect. The family loved the hot tub which has a great view. It was close to trails, the grocery store and some great places to eat. Lots of space and has everything you need.

Fantastic Experience

The property had all the amenities as listed. Calm neighborhood with very close access to the mountain. Would definitely stay there again.

Cozy Townhouse

We enjoyed the stay. The location & space was nice. Not so much of a fan when it came to climbing all those stairs. We slept on the 3rd level and I was winded. Nevertheless, this place was nice.

The good outweighs the couple negatives of this great condo in a wonderful spot near Vail!Positive: Great location and plenty of space in each bedroom! The mattress was awesome on the master! The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need! The new fridge, dishwasher and ninja oven are awesome! So is the new washer and dryer! So nice! Loved the fireplace and tvs in condo were new and had all the channels!Negatives: The condo is not super clean. The kitchen cabinets have food stains, etc. The master bedroom bedding is severely lacking especially with a bunch of stains on comforter. The master shower is hot, but really could use a new shower head and an updated tub. But other than that this place is well worth the rate and the manager responded very quickly! I’d def stay here again, especially if master had new bedding and shower head!

Mixed Bag

I rented this unit for a ski trip with six friends. Check-in process was a little bumpy from the jump: the door code and WiFi info was left blank in the instructions, and parking details for a second vehicle were less than clear. But in coordinating with the property manager, communication was quick and friendly, so those issues were cleared up. More importantly, though, the sleeping arrangements were mis-represented in the listing. Based on the description and the pictures, there were to be beds for all six guests. Specifically, one room included bunk beds according to the photos. Upon getting into the unit, however, we noticed there were no bunks. Instead, there was a single king-size bed in one of the guest rooms. This was a little frustrating, as a single large bed was less appropriate for our group than the bunks we’d planned for, but we decided we could make it work. However, upon laying in the bed, the mattress fell straight to the floor. Half of the bed was disconnected to the other half. Upon further inspection, the bed was comprised of two frames that hadn’t been attached together correctly. I began to feel crazy, as the host of this friends’ trip who’d been in charge of selecting this place. I was sure I’d accounted for the right number of beds, sure I’d seen a room with bunks. But re-visiting the listing, the photos had been changed since booking, and the bunks were nowhere to be seen. So we were getting something different than we’d paid for, and there was a major defect to boot. As before with the check-in troubles, coordinating with the property manager was pleasant enough. She was friendly and quick to reply. But there was still an air of doubt or distrust when I was conveying these problems. Ultimately, a small refund was issued, which was appreciated. However, it’s a bit frustrating how hard we had to fight to convince them to take us seriously and help out, including accommodating an on-site inspection. At the end of the day, it wasn’t a disaster, and I do appreciate the help and refund. But in the future I hope they’re more upfront and accurate with details. The unit was quite clean and comfortable otherwise.

The owner elected to change out the bunkbeds and unfortunately, this crossed over before your stay however, there were still the same number of beds. We responded when apprised of the broken bed, (sometimes these things happen), and immediately replaced with it a new one. We are pleased to hear you found the home to be clean and comfortable as at Skyrun Vacation Rentals, guest service and satisfaction are our #1 priority!
