This was a very nice place to stay, clean and accessible and it was very quiet every night. I would totally recommend this property to anyone who want to be close to the water.

Our 3 day stay was great! The house was clean and all we had all the necessities needed. The beds were all comfy and the house was very spacious! Sony was very responsive with any questions we had. We will definitely stay again next time we’re in the Va beach area! I would give 100 stars if I could!

Property was clean and secure, close to the beach. Easy to get to downtown Virginia Beach and Downtown Norfolk. All the necesseties were present. Host was great.

Very nice place. Communication was great. Definitely stay there again. FYI, the "hot tub" is actually a jet tub in the upstairs bathroom.

The location is amazing. You are literally steps away from Pretty Lake and around 0.3 miles walk to the beach. The house is large enough to spread out and we appreciated the bedrooms being on the first and third floor! Stunning views at night!

What a fantastic unit right on the water! Sony communicated quickly throughout the process and was very positive and kind. We were in town for a wedding and this was so much nicer and better price for our large family than renting several hotel rooms. The kitchen/dining is nice and spacious and there are so many different sleeping areas and the many bathrooms meant we could all get ready at the same time! Although we didn’t get to spend much time on the beach the proximity was amazing!

Loved having the elevator, it made loading and unloading much easier. Great view and location. Spacious layout made everyone comfortable. Few minor things, but would definitely rebook. Met our needs, very inviting atmosphere.

In town for our son's wedding and everything about our stay was perfect! Flight was delayed so we arrived later than expected but, the house was ready for us with lights and fireplace on, so welcoming! Clean, comfy and spectacular sunset!

Absolutely beautiful home and right on the water. The views were amazing!Beds and furnishings were so comfortable. They had everything we needed to make our stay relaxing and convenient. From extra blankets, towels and kitchen supplies.The owner communicated well, including giving me a direct number in case we needed them.Will definitely stay here again if traveling to the area!

This is a great, spacious property with an amazing view and fairly close to everything we needed. Definitely read the instructions to make sure you bring all the necessities with you. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time! Easy walk to the beach, beautiful views from the balconies overlooking the creek. The perfect place for me, my wife, our two kids (5 & 8), our friend and his 10 year old, and my brother and his wife. We got plenty of rest and enjoyed our stay while attending a nearby music festival. Would definitely stay again!
