Thanks for looking at our unit. We are individual owners from Colorado and are happy to share our 3 bdrm townhome in beautiful Moab Utah. Near the bottom, you will find things we enjoy doing when we are in Moab.

Looking for more than 1 unit? We own another one 2 doors over, inquire if available for your dates as well.

Built in Feb. 2008, this is a lovely and spacious 3 bedroom that has a King in the Master bedroom, 2.5 baths, 2-car garage that is ~1500 square feet. Beautifully decorated and offering all the comforts to make your vacation in Moab relaxing & memorable.

Located in picturesque Spanish Valley, just minutes south of Moab. Conveniently located to Arches National Park, Canyonlands National Park, Dead Horse Point State Park, golf, incredible mountain biking and much much more.

After enjoying all that Moab has to offer, relax at Rim Village Vistas Townhomes, one of Moab's newest developments. Enjoy grilling out on the BBQ at night, taking a dip in the swimming pool or hot tub in the evening or if you still have some energy, playing tennis or basketball just ~100 yards away. Townhome located at the end of a small cul-de-sac, so perfectly safe for wandering kids.

Prefer primary renter is 25 years of age or older. If not, deposit required if reservation accepted.

While enjoying our unit, we would like to suggest some of our favorite activities inside/outside of Arches & Canyonlands NP in the area:

Drive to Potash- this drive located just before the entrance to Arches National Park follows the Colorado River for ~10 miles and is incredibly picturesque.

Corona Arch- ~7 miles down the road to Potash on your right. Moderate hike (~2.5 miles RT).

Dead Horse Point State Park- in our opinion, some of the most jaw-dropping views in the area.

Fiery Furnace- Ranger led hike thru the Fiery Furnace in Arches NP. ~$10/pp and you do have to book in advance.

Float Trip on the Colorado River- you can enjoy some incredible scenery on a great canoe float trip (great for almost all ages). You can do a day trip or multi-day trip. Google (Tex's Riverways) to find out more about float trips on the Colorado or Green River.

Hikes: Hidden Valley Hike, Grandstaff Canyon, Fischer Towers, Delicate Arch, Double O, Mesa Arch (awesome place if you have an avid photographer in your group), Scott Matheson wetlands preserve and if it gets hot, head up into the La Sal mountains for some hikes and cooler weather or check out Mill Creek Hike.

Small kids? Check out Rotary Park in Moab. Grab a shake from nearby Milts and head to the park to let the kids play. Good times.

Staying at our townhome at Rim Village Vistas will make for an enjoyable Moab getaway. Willing to discount price for longer stays and will entertain month+ stays. Looking to rent to guests looking to enjoy all that Moab has to offer and will treat our place as if it was theirs. Please respect our wish for a NO Smoking NO Pet unit.

24 nights in Moab!

This property is great for a longer-term rental in Moab. There is plenty of space and the location is terrific for time in Arches or Canyonlands National Parks, and Moab is extremely accessible from this location. My wife & I cooked almost every meal, with the kitchen being well supplied and the gas grill being perfect. Matt was great to communicate with and check in and check out was a breeze. We would definitely consider renting this property again!

Beautiful clean property

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. It was also great to be right next to the pool. The drive to the parks was very easy. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice condo, modern, easy drive into town.

The condo fit our needs very well, a place to lay your head and rest each evening. We enjoyed the balcony in the evening, played a little basketball, it was nice having a big garage as well. Plenty of space and we really appreciated a good strong shower after long days out.

Beautiful home in Moab

This home was perfect for our family of 5. We regret only having a two night stay. The pool was busy but plenty of fun! The location is perfect with a short drive to Arches NP and into downtown Moab. We would definitely stay again!

The property is in a good location. With some updating it will be fine. The rug in den was dirty and many towels were old and had bleach stains. The furnishings were dated.

Moab vacation

This home-based exactly what we were looking for. It was very clean. The kids loved that it was across from the pool. The proximity to Arches, Canyonlands and Dead Horse was great!

Amazing Getaway

Thr house was the perfect base of operations for exploring the parks around Moab. Plenty of space to spread out with a family wjile staying for a few days. And the pool is right across the street!

Good place could use a few more amenities

Good place could use a few more amenities. Shorten silverware and cooking utensils. Master bathroom towel bar and toilet paper holder coming off the wall. Master bathroom shower curtain could be a little bigger. Overall a good place just needs a little attention to details.

Perfect for us!

Four of us came up to Moab for four nights to do some off roading. This property was perfect for us. Plenty of room, great garage space and comfortable. Would rent again.

Home in Moab

We had a nice stay at this towne house. I had a problem when we arrived and the owner took care of it immediately. I especially loved having the fireplace while we relaxed in the living room.. We had some difficulty in getting the DVD player to work for us.

Very nice place tons of room! Clean and comfortable. Super close to the pool and close enough to town so everything was convenient but far enough out that it's nice and quite. Would definitely recommend and would definitely like to stay there again.

Great townhouse!

The townhouse is in a great location - close to the northern parks of the Mighty Five, and also to restaurants and shopping in Moab. It was great to have a garage to keep the car out of the hot sun, and we appreciated the provided cooler. The inside is in great shape and very clean, and we enjoyed the gas fireplace in the living room. I highly recommend this place, and we may be back!

Good Location, but Lacks Cleanliness and Care

The location was convenient to restaurants and grocery stores in town and to the National Parks, which is the reason we visited. There was also a nice mountain view from the living room window and patio. That may be enough to most visitors... However, the unit was run down and not very clean. Maybe this was in part due to the fact that we were there in the off season and so there hadn’t been many recent guests - not sure, but either way we were very disappointed. Pots, pans, plates, and utensils were not in good condition and some were visibly dirty. Went to go wash everything prior to use in cooking and found there was just an old dirty brush laying in the cabinet under the sink. Had to go out later that day to purchase a clean sponge to use. Dish rack was filthy, so we didn’t want to put the things we just washed on it. The carpets were badly stained and the unit smelled pretty musty. The towels in the bathrooms were stained and some had holes in them as big as quarters. The sheets and blankets on the beds appeared very old and worn down and smelled quite musty. The sheets had so much pilling on them and were so rough and itchy that we slept on top of the top sheet. The sheets and top blankets were also stained. In the living room, the couch cushions and pillows had holes in the them. Lastly, we were instructed to strip the beds of the sheets and blankets and all the towels and to start a load of laundry before we left. We also washed and put away all dishes and took out all trash in the waste baskets. This is after paying a very costly “cleaning fee”! Not only was the place not even clean when we arrived, but we left it in better condition then it was when we arrived! So why were we charged this expensive cleaning fee? There was nothing left for a cleaning person to do...

Almost perfect, nice value

The location a few minutes from town center is perfect base of operations for any type of outdoor activity requiring equipment storage (which pretty much rules out area hotels). The unit was good size for four adults, fairly new and in decent condition. Very, very clean (thank you!), with everything needed for an extended stay. Loved the easy access to garage where we could store bikes, and right across from pool/hotub. Owner clearly communicated directions and procedures. The reason for the missing star are that the budget furnishings are just on the cusp of showing excessive wear. A lifetime of business travel has made me admittedly picky so others might not see these as enough to deduct a star. Examples are several worn towels with slightly worn edges or holes, overstuffed couch no one could bear sitting in longer than a few minutes, bed too soft (three inch pad on master), and handle missing from the microwave. Worn blinds in master missing any obvious way of opening so I could not see the beautiful mountain view. None by themselves reason to subtract a star, but collectively noticeable. I would (and probably will) stay there again for the cleanliness, good location, useful configuration and value.

Great time in quiet neighborhood!

We had 4 men in the condo for 3 nights. We parked a big pick-up truck in the garage with 4 road bikes and 4 mountain bikes. The neighborhood is on the south side of town, but we didn't mind driving into town for dinner. The neighborhood was quiet. The condo manager treated us well. We'll text there again next year.

A comfy/convenient spot to stay and ‘do’ Moab

The condo was a great place to relax after our biking/hiking adventures. The property was very clean and well cared for, the kitchen had everything we needed although dinners must be spent in town! - Fantastic restaurants! I would definitely come back!

Great place to get away from it all

Really nice and convenient place to stay as a base for seeing the sites around Moab. Property is clean, spacious and well-equipped. Neighborhood is quiet and there are great views of the mountains at sunrise.

Hello, we are Heidi & Matt Eilers. We LOVE to travel with some recent trips being to Africa (to climb Mt. Kilimanjaro and go on safari), Egypt and New Zealand to see Matt's parents who were until just recently, living on the South Island of New Zealand.
We live in Summit County, Colorado and on March 31st, 2009, welcomed our firstborn, Emmaline Sierra Eilers, into the world. Recently, we have become even more busy and returning to the days of no sleep as we welcomed Evan Landon Eilers into our family in late Oct. 2011.

We absolutely LOVE Moab, Utah. With the national parks, mountain biking, beautiful weather... we just cannot get enough of this area. We enjoy the beautiful desert scenary and the amazing beauty of the red rocks in the area. Everytime we go down to Moab, we find a wonderful new place whether it is Mill Creek (our new favorite outdoor water hole to cool off in the summer) or a random trail where we find pictographs or even dinosaur tracks... Moab is just an amazing place.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

Our 3 bdrm. townhome is in Spanish Valley which is 5 miles south of Moab. From the master bdrm. balcony, we have great views of the La Sal mountain range. We also enjoy the amenities that our complex offers (tennis court, pool, hot tub) and we especially enjoy visiting as Matt's parents now live on-site. We believe this will be an added benefit to our guests as if a situation arises, Paul & Kathy, live just around the corner and can help in whatever situation came up.
The area is very kid friendly (small playground next to the tennis courts, in a cul-de-sac so you do not have to worry about cars driving fast) and the location allows quick access to town when you want to go in to enjoy all that Moab has to offer but also allows for some R&R when you want to be away from the action of downtown Moab.
