SeaPines Cheerful Pet Friendly Home by the Beach

Bright, open & airy home with lots of skylights. Great location inside Sea Pines - 1/2 mile to the beach featuring a roomy living room with tray ceiling, breakfast bar, a serene Carolina Room, updated baths, brand new flooring and much more. This home is pet friendly yet immaculately clean with uniform flooring throughout. Plenty of parking in the circle drive of this home in Lawton Woods.

As with all of our villas, two free bikes will be waiting when you arrive. Use them to explore the many wide bike paths going just about everywhere within SeaPines- You don't really need your car much for this vacation. Bring your pet and enjoy all the dog friendly businesses and parks. However please list your pets in the guest list when booking, so that our pet fee will be added to your quote. Thank you!

We provide a free family fitness pass Free tennis during the afternoons at South Beach, beach towels and chairs and free WIFI are also included.

Please note this property does not have a neighborhood pool. Pool access is through the newly remodeled South Beach Pool, located 3 miles from the villa by the marina. Passes are $125 for a family weekly pass. Daily and individual passes are available. For details and to register visit southbeachpool.com.

As a family of four and our first time to Hilton Head. Jessica made the whole process so easy. After booking we received an email with a contract and information about the area. Suggestions on activities and restaurant recommendations. It was so nice. The property itself was just as listed and beautiful. We enjoyed our time together the house and area where just what we needed for our vacation. The extra amenities just made it even better. We would definitely book here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your place! Everything was clean and comfortable. My grandson made great use of the games that were provided. Everyone enjoyed the ease of riding the bikes to the beach, especially since parking a car wasn't always easy! Also, having our daughter and her family staying at a rental close by, we were able to bike between the houses. Hopefully, we will be able to return for a future stay. Vacation getaway

We had a great stay. The house was clean and as described in the listing. We liked that it was away from the busy streets but just a short bike ride to the trails to enjoy getting around Sea Pines.

Beautiful and spacious beach house

This rental property was very lovely! Just under a mile to the private beach. There was plenty of room for family of 6 and two small dogs. Super nice to have all the necessary kitchen amenities and washer and dryer.

Overall good

We had good time. See pine is very nice beautiful resort. Beach is very clean here. Good for family outing.House was very clean. Only need to update some linen and pillows. The hosts were quick to respond to any questions I had and were very nice. I would highly recommend staying here!

The only pool for this property is the main one that you need pay for a pass to get to it. If you do a Google view the pools nearby are not for this place. 2nd is it a walk to beach access and there is not a public restroom at this access point. People I had could walk to the beach, but after the long walk to the beach and carrying beach stuff, it was going to be a long walk back. You could ride a bike, but depending on what you bring it will be difficult to get there and bring back. When we went to beach, we ended up at the public beach outside Sea Pines. So I didn’t use the pool or the beach for the property. Kind of the reason for staying at the beach.Rooms need new mattresses except the master. The beds were very uncomfortable in the double room. While it was nice they fit 2 queen or fulls. I did feel like my back was arched and my legs were lower. The room has no ceiling fan, so it gets incredibly hot in the room. We had the box fan they provided along with an additional fan running to somewhat feel comfortable. I would have like another smoke detector in the building. We had something on the stove that caused some smoke cause there was no vent hood. It was a lot of smoke even though no fire. Two people did not wake up. Positives the area has a lot of wildlife to see and the area is quiet. Place was very clean.

It is important to note location and proximity to beaches and pools here in Sea Pines as it is different for each area. The closest beach access point for this property is 1 mile away via beach access #45, which is in Sea Pines. The Beach Club is about a mile up the sand from that entrance. The guest bedroom has two queen beds which are newer, but perhaps not the preference of this guest. The stove is a glass cooktop, common here. As a precaution, we replaced the smoke detectors with a five part integrated system. We have tested the new system and it is working properly, rest assured.

Clean and comfortable

Had everything we needed for our family of 6. The back patio area was a nice change of scenery when my husband made me too cold in the house. Master bedroom was nice with double vanity and large closet we shared. The other bedrooms were great sizes as well. Nice U shaped driveway was easy to park 3 cars. Nice shaded street to walk and you can even look out for alligators. We saw a few in the waters. Would stay again if visiting Sea Pines.

Had a great stay! The house is well equipped and was very comfortable for a family of 7. Close enough to the beach. We were able to bike there. Highly recommend!
