Enjoy an amazing golf view from the sunny living room of this 3 bedroom Lighthouse Road Villa. Nicely remodeled kitchen, new living room furniture and flooring, new large TV's and appliances, along with a fantastic new master bedroom suite and powder room are just some of the recent updates completed in this villa. Located a very short walk to the new Plantation Club Golf Complex and the beautiful Sea Pines Beach Club. This property's location is prime on Lighthouse Road.

Free bikes are included and will be waiting when you arrive. Use them on the many wide bike paths going just about everywhere within Sea Pines--You don't really need your car much for this vacation. Sea Pines also has a free trolley, another fun way to explore all the beauty and nature of Hilton Head. Parking is right in front of the villa. Bring your pet and enjoy all the dog friendly businesses and parks.

All bed/bath linens are provided as well as beach towels and beach chairs. Free clay court tennis is provided at a private tennis club-free upgraded wireless internet and Tv's in all rooms! Be sure to visit Harbour Town or the South Beach area, with tons of dining and entertainment possibilities.

Please note this property does not have a neighborhood pool. Pool access is through the newly remodeled South Beach Pool, located 3 miles from the villa by the marina. Passes are $125 for a family weekly pass. Daily and individual passes are available. For details and to register visit southbeachpool.com.

For your convenience, your Sea Pines vehicle pass and door code will be mailed to you prior to your arrival, eliminating the need for an extra stop when checking in. Simply drive straight to your villa, park and hit the sand!

This location was great!! Easy walk to the beach club and shoppes. Property was clean and comfortable. Host answered my questions very timely. I would definitely book again if coming back to HH!

Family time

We spent a wonderful week on Hilton Head Island. The house was in a wonderful location location. It had plenty of room for 5 adults and our fur baby. We look forward to our next trip to HHI, and hopefully our next stay at the same unit.

Hilton Head getaway with friends

We love Sea Pines and particularly this area. It’s close to Harbortowne but more importantly the beach. The place is a tad dated and needs a bedside table and lamp on the right side of the bed in upstairs queen bedroom.

We had a wonderful week in this beautiful townhouse on Lighthouse Road!! It was absolutely breathtaking when we arrived and walked inside, there was so much space and room for our family of 5. The living room/ kitchen area was so open and spacious, and we all enjoyed hanging out, eating meals, and playing games in this space. The bedrooms were very comfortable and cozy and the bathrooms were very updated and nice as well! The location was great....so quiet and peaceful and so close to Harbour Town and South Beach, which we love visiting!! The beach and pool were very close, just a short drive, bike ride, or walk to get to, and they were both awesome!! Our sweet doggie was very happy here too, with great grassy areas to walk in and sniff!! Jessica was excellent with communication, and she made sure we had everything we needed before we came and while we were there!! I'm already looking forward to coming back again next summer!! Thank you for a wonderful week in HHI!!

Great Accommodations

We loved the place and the proximity to the beach and Beach Club. It was also great to be able to bike to Harbour Town. We couldn’t get the thermostat to regulate the temperature in the condo evenly, so it was almost always too warm upstairs and cold downstairs, but overall we were satisfied.

Great location for beach

Location to beach access was great. Depending on what you are taking to the beach easy walking distance. If you are hauling small kids, chairs and stuff plenty of parking it seemed to load up and short drive. Pool access is another thing. Have to drive there and getting signed up is not easy. But it was nice and not crowded. Villa had plenty of parking it seemed and close to a lot of attractions. It was clean, well stocked and could use some TLC but that is minor. If you like to grill, charcoal grill is all they have which if your not use to them it’s a hassle. Bugs in evenings made it tough to sit out too late. I would stay here again, but would look for the units with pool access and/or screened in porch and gas grill. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Great place to stay

Our family stayed here for a week. The house was great and very functional. The location is close to the beach with easy access to the rest of Sea Pines by bicycle. It was a really fun time for our whole family.

First time in Hilton Head, won’t be our last

Clean, comfortable, spacious, convenient location to beach club and plantation golf course. Central to Harbor Town and Salty Dog. Manager was thorough and helpful. We had a wonderful stay and would like to schedule our stay for next year.

Great property

Great location on HHI. Wish it was a little closer to the beach but that’s ok. The plantation is so awesome the walk seemed short.

Sea Pines Holiday

Property not in tip top shape. Grill was inoperable and walls and doors were searched and dinged. A/C vents need good cleaning. Description could be more detailed and accurate.

Had a fabulous spring break

We had a wonderful spring break! The property was perfect in space, bedrooms and location to the beach club. It was just a short 7 minute walk to the beach club which was so clean and private. Each of my daughters brought a friend on our spring break and there was something for everyone. I loved being close to Sea Pines center (the coffee shop c'est bon and low country produce was wonderful in the morning). The only suggestion I would say is to include 4 bikes instead of 2. It would have been nice to have more bikes for my girls and there really weren't bikes available to rent.

As described, nice stay in Sea Pines

The property is accurately described and in a good location. The golf course is beautiful. Two things to note, the layout is open concept with vaulted ceilings so noise travels throughout the home. And while no pool is listed, don’t expect to be able to get into one nearby. All of the pools in Sea Pines require an entry code. There is one pool 2 miles away where you can buy a pass for the day or week. It is not a long walk to the beach and the bikes were great to get to and from. Enjoy!

Nice!

Sea plantation is wonderful! The house was very nice. The lower level is new and very comfortable. The upper level is old but ok. The house wasn’t very clean. We found sand under the carpet (a lot), some leftover pistacchio, a dog bone and a tennis ball under the sofa. The extra blankets didn’t look clean. The house is very nice thought and the position just perfect.

Nice location- could use a few updates

My family enjoyed our stay here. The location and property layout were great. Bikes for use was an added bonus, and the owners were prompt and thorough in their communications. We go to Sea Pines every year so I've stayed in quite a few properties. For this one, the cleaning crew was not that thorough as I noticed a few items under the dresser that I needed to clean up before my kids stayed in the room. Main master bath was well updated, other areas (front door) could use some paint and touch up as well as drain stoppers in sinks put in working order. Black out curtains would be great too, especially in main bedroom where the street light shines through. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful vacation spot! Perfect location!

Our family of 4, plus one furry friend, had a wonderful stay in sea pines. The location of this condo could not have been any better. .3 miles to feet in the sand. Beautiful view of a gorgeous golf course. Private and quiet. The ideal set up for a restful vacation. The condo is well appointed and meets all your needs for a great vacation. There is plenty of common area space with an open concept floor plan. My kids loved having the second floor all to themselves like a mini apartment. We were appreciative of the two rental bikes available so we only had to rent 2 more. The condo also had a number of basics that didn’t need to be purchased (cooking spray, salt, sugar, coffee filter, etc). The owners are super easy to deal with and helpful with any needs.

Hilton Head vacation

The condo was clean and in a pretty good location. It was just a 10 minute walk to the beach. The condo is old so the master bathroom is very small and there is not a lot of counter space. The mattresses in the master bedroom and queen bedroom really need to be replaced. They were very uncomfortable. The TV in the twin bedroom needs to be upgraded. It is a very old tv and doesn't work well. There needs to be overhead lighting in the bedrooms upstairs. The lamp is just not bright enough. The twin bedroom was a little hot, it might be better if there was an overhead fan in that room.

Great Visit and Would Recommend

The condo was great. It was clean and as advertised. We had a few questions before and the day of our check in. The owners were attentive and addressed our questions right away to make our trip seamless. They provided 2 bikes for use during our stay, which we used every day. They also provided some basic beach items that we didn't take advantage of, but would have been very helpful had we not brought our own. We will definitely be renting from them again when we come back. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars on the location (it was great and convenient) is because we arrived much later than anticipated (1:30am). I put the address in Apple Maps and it took me about a half a mile down another street. Because we arrived so late, there was little street lights so it took an hour or so to reverse engineer where we were and following the addresses in the street to eventually find the villa. However, that is an Apple Maps problems and once we got on the right track it is extremely easy to find and very close to everything you want to do.
