We were very comfortable and love the location. Great bus service and beautiful walking trails. A bit noisy on Pine Grove but not a big issue for us. Nice neighbors except for the bears (kept us away from hot tub). We have stayed there twice and both times it had not been cleaned adequitely when we arrived.

The condo is nice and there is plenty of parking. The free shuttles in Steamboat are plentiful and very convenient. There is a shuttle stop in front of the condo parking lot. We had a great stay.

Great stay

Great location convenient to slopes, grocery stores, and downtown steamboat. Well appointed and comfortable for family of 4 adults.

Location is great!

The location is great you are near a grocery store and Walmart and the bus stop right out front gets you everywhere you need to go including the mountain or downtown

Ski Trip

Very nice property. Very clean . Excellent location… easy access to mountain and village via shuttles. Used hot tubs which were clean and nice. Overall highly recommend.

Grandparents in town for Graduation Ceremony

My parents enjoyed there stay at this condo while in town for my sons high school graduation weekend. There was an issue with a water leak in the bathroom while they were staying there which was not ideal, but it was dealt with in a way that made may parents feel comfortable. They would be happy to stay there again.

A comfortable unit with beautiful views of Steamboat Mountain. It’s great that the hosts have fans - that made it easy to keep the place cool with the night air; it would be nice if the description mentioned no AC. Generally, the unit was clean with some more thorough cleaning needed in the kitchen (especially a few pans and utensils), and there was just a little grit on the floor - probably from the repair person who fixed the leak in the kitchen sink. He was very nice and the host - who was prompt and consistent in communications - alerted us to his presence in advance. The kitchen could use a few more basics (e.g., measuring spoons, larger measuring cups, tea pot to go with the tea kettle.). The unit is perfectly comfortable for 4 people. A little tight for 6 (we had 3). It is ready for an update and I would expect a unit like this to be a little more nicely appointed for the price (comparing to other units family members had nearby at similar prices). The location was convenient to activities and downtown Steamboat Springs.

March stay at steamboat springs

Booked a 2 bedroom condo for a ski trip at Steamboat Springs. The condo advertised “no car needed”and that helped us choose that place. The condo is on a free bus route to the mountain. Buses leave every 15 min. It’s just a 10 minute ride to the slopes. A couple restaurants and a grocery store are within walking distance. A great place to stay

Great Place, Great Location

This 2 bed 2 bath unit is very nice. They thought of everything by having tide pods, coffee, filters, dishwasher pods, etc. It also has a ski locker separate from the unit. Plenty of parking was available each day with spots right up front. The upstairs bedroom has its own door which was nice. The upstairs bedroom is also very large, bright, and had two beds. The downstairs bedroom was more traditional and also had a nice big bed. There was no air conditioning that I could tell but once the windows were opened and the fans turned on, it wasn't a problem and I slept very well. The nights are nice and cool up in the mountains so AC wasn't needed. The location is great and right next door to a Safeway and a really nice ski/bike shop.

The property was clean and comfortable; no complaints whatsoever. Property management was extremely responsive via the app. The only minor issue I had was with the over-reliance on the app for communications. It can sometimes be helpful to reach a live person, as my app wasn’t working for a period of time and I was unable to reach anyone by phone. However, even that was mitigated by speedy text responses, so take that as “constructive criticism” rather than a complaint. 5 stars overall, and I would rent from them again without hesitation.

Lots to like about this property! I’m reviewing a summer stay, highs 82/83 degrees F. Pros: nice, chill complex with walking trails to hot tub gazebo. Free and plentiful parking. Quick host communication. Unit faces ski area with beautiful views of the ski mountains. Deck faces mountain side and is roomy enough for four chairs. On the bus line or only 5-6 minute drive to downtown. Walking distance to Safeway. Well-stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds. Ceiling fan in main room. Great blinds, including blackout blinds in the bedrooms.Cons: very difficult to get main floor bedroom cool. Opening windows works well, but allows in road noise and very loud trash truck noise. Fans are provided in the closet to use for cooling, but only provide some relief. There is also a beautiful loft bedroom, but for those who are light sensitive, the skylight floods that bedroom with morning light. That bedroom is cooler though, due to the roof line blocking sun exposure, And a table top fan is also provided for that bedroom.
