Howard is a great host. We had an issue with the dryer when we first arrived and he purchased a new dryer and received it himself and had it installed it the very next day. He’s responsive to texts and was very easy to contact. His duplex property is in a great part of Steamboat and is a quick 10 min drive to Downtown and a two minute drive to the slopes. There are multiple units on the property, and parking can be tight, but every neighbor we met was very polite. Overall a great stay if you don’t mind having people close by. The house has great views into the valley, is well equipped with anything you could need, and is in a great location.
