This comfortable, three-bedroom, two-and-one-half bath townhouse is situated on the beautiful Rollingstone Ranch (formally Sheraton) Golf Course, providing a truly peaceful and beautiful setting. We have done an extensive remodel between May and September 2021. This includes a kitchen remodel (new cabinets, new appliances, new countertops), new flooring on main floor, new carpet on the second level, new can lighting in ceiling throughout both levels as well as new wall texturing throughout the entire unit, and a new ceiling fan in the master bedroom.

Deck offers incredible views of the Flat Top Mountains and Yampa Valley. In the morning, brightly colored hot-air balloons can be seen launching in the distance. In the winter, the golf course becomes a groomed cross-country ski touring center. You can also watch for fox in the morning and evening as they go door to door for handouts from the neighbors!

This tastefully furnished townhouse is located one mile from the base of Steamboat Mountain and is just minutes from the hustle and bustle of downtown. There is a spacious, two-car garage. The main level has a full kitchen, dining area, half bath, and living room with a sleeper sofa. There is an enclosed private hot tub room through the sliding glass doors off the living room. The entertainment center offers cable TV, VCR, DVD player, and stereo.

Upstairs, there are three bedrooms: the roomy master which contains a king-size bed, cable TV, and private deck; a large second bedroom with a queen-size bed as well and a darling third bedroom with a set of twin beds that display carved mountains on the head boards. The bathrooms offer granite countertops with ceramic and slate tile.

Our lovingly cared for townhouse has been a constant source of enjoyment for us. Steamboat has it all for whatever you are looking for in a vacation! Besides the best champagne powder in all of Colorado for downhill skiing, there is no place more unique than the outdoor hot springs at Strawberry Park. There are miles of open trails to hike, snowshoe, or cross-country ski. Snowmobiles and dog sleds are available if you prefer to sit back and relax to enjoy the beauty of the outdoors. And, you will not be disappointed by the shopping and fabulous restaurants which offer a variety of delectable dining experiences.

Check in was super simple and house was immaculate. Appreciated the mid-stay clean arranged for us. Sitting on the back deck having coffee in the cool summer mornings was delightful. Kitchen amenities were superb, as was rest of the house. Neighbor loaned a flashlight when power was out. Great place to stay.

Bday Ski Trip with Friends

This was a wonderful property. Was very clean and tidy when we arrived. Everything in the listing was accurate. Had everything in a kitchen necessary to cook all meals desired to be cooked. Location was top notch for getting to free ski lot parking. Snow removal was prompt and never had any issues in the driveway. Property owner was easy to communicate with and would definitely recommend this home and would easily rent from this owner again!

Amazing!!

We really enjoyed this property! Great location! Minutes to Steamboat ski resort and the town area! We would 100 perfect book this place again. One thing to note is this property was very clean and that’s always high on my list of things I love! Don’t sleep on this property!

Merry Christmas in Steamboat Springs

I lost my husband two years ago just before Christmas. My Son and Daughter with their spouses and kids decide to make this year a celebration. Our accommodations were top notch and our host was so helpful giving us recommendations. We are from Charleston S C and this trip brought us such Joy during the holiday season. Thank you, thank you , thank you. Would love to make this a yearly trip. My grandkids, Oliver 7 and Penny 5 felt as if they were in a magical place. My heart is filled with Joy.

Great Steamboat Home for Adventure

My group of friends and family recently stayed at this house - it was really wonderful and perfect. It was wonderful to be able to have ample parking for our large group. The kitchen was well appointed. We loved lingering on the patio after dinner and with our morning coffee. Only wish was to have an oscillating fan in the bedrooms. The primary suite had a great ceiling fan, but the other bedrooms got a little stuffy in the summer heat. My family and friends loved this home and said they'd hope we could book again next year!

Beautiful home

Loved the property. Beautiful, clean home. Nice and spacious. Beautiful view. Loved sitting on the deck in the evenings. There was a crazy Turkey running around on the golf course every night.

Perfect for our Family

We had a great time in Steamboat and the property was perfect for our family of 7. The view off the deck was amazing! We enjoyed the hot tub after our hikes or just to relax in the evenings! We would definelty stay again!!

Beautiful mountain retreat!

We loved our stay! Very quiet and peaceful. Wonderful view among aspen trees and even a cute little stream. Well stocked updated kitchen. Comfortable beds and adorable mountain decor. Highly recommended.

Perfect family ski house

The house was great! Newly renovated kitchen was perfect for cooking for our family. Hot tub room with a view of the valley and mountains was dreamy. Beds were comfortable. House was very clean. Heated garage was a luxury. Less than five minute drive to the mountain. Amy was super easy to communicate with. This place is a gem. It was my wife and I and our two teenage kids. Can't wait to go back!

Fantastic property and location

We used this property for a ski vacation and was very close to the hill (3 minute drive.) The hot tub and deck were great as well and located on the golf course. I would love to stay here again!

Beautiful house and great location

Firstly, Ann is such an amazing person and so easy to work with. She was quick to communicate and provided a great level of detail. The house itself was immaculate, spacious, and honestly the pictures didn't do it justice! For instance, the hot tub room is stunning and overlooks the mountains and the rooms are much bigger than they appear! The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The house was conveniently located on the purple line, providing easy access to the mountain. I would highly recommend staying here with friends, family, or a combination of both. It would also be great for kids (but I don't have those yet!). Thanks so much, Ann!

Perfect location!

We truly enjoyed staying here! It was in a convenient location and the kids absolutely loved being able to walk right out into the backyard to play in the snow and sled on the sleds we found in the garage! The host provided everything needed. Nearby restaurants, drug stores, and grocery stores. Within views of the ski slopes, and just a short drive to Saddleback Ranch.

Wonderful stay, we will be back!

We had a fantastic long weekend at Rick and Ann’s townhouse. It was clean, comfy and the hot tub was just what the doctor ordered. Ann and Rick were quick to respond when we had a question about the property. Overall a great experience, and we will be back!

Month Stay in Nov/Dec 2020

We were fortunate enough to connect with Anne who was wonderful to work with on our month-long stay in Steamboat Springs. The townhome has everything you need while away, and I appreciated all the forethought in ensuring there were adequate supplies of all the often overlooked items like sponges, dish soap, towels, cookware etc. The location is really great. It's just far enough away from the base of the mountain where it is nice and quiet but you are within walking distance, if walking 15 minutes isn't disagreeable to you. I went on a number of hikes where i could just walk out the front door. Watching the snowfall while eating or using the spa was a peaceful experience in an otherwise stressful time. It was just what we were looking for and I hope we can return next year. The owner was a pleasure to work with, though I tried not to bother her too often.

This was a great house!

It was a bit dark for what we like, but overall this was a clean and lovely place to stay for a week! It was easy to get to both the town and the base, and we enjoyed the awesome hot tub. I'd fully recommend this place!

We know Steamboat well and purposefully chose this location — it’s the perfect midpoint between town and the mountain. It’s also great because it’s in a neighborhood with many locals and easy access to trail system. We lived outside on the fabulous deck that overlooks the golf course, entertained by the golfers and wildlife (also a very nice gas grill). The inside is true to the pictures, not fancy but very comfortable. We had everything that we needed. Owner also goes far beyond the usual in being accessible and responsive. Great stay and we hope to return.

This is a perfect location. Close to the ski resort and on the beautiful Rolling Stone Golf Course. The golf course is also the nordic ski resort in the Winter. We love it. Very peaceful and comfortable.
