The house and pool are very nice. The bedrooms were roomy and there plenty of space in the kitchen, dining area and living room. The beach is quiet and just a short walk from the house.

If you want a comfortable place to enjoy a short walk to the beach and a nice pool, this place is for you! We loved spending time with our family this week at this location. Close to the airport was also great! I would recommend this spacious and comfortable house for your next beach trip!

Great Vacation!

My family and I had such a great time! The home was fully equipped with everything we needed. The location was incredible as well, through the gate and you're at the ocean. The only reason for the 4 star review is the mattresses, all were very firm.

Beautiful area and private beach

Out of all the family members, I was the only one who had not visited Myrtle Beach. With four sons, two daughters in law, a grandson, his girlfriend, and two granddaughters, my husband and myself, I knew that we would need plenty of space. This house provided the space, a swimming pool, hot tub, and direct access to the beautiful beach , which was never crowded.

We had an amazing week at this beautiful home! We had a family of 18. With this many, sleeping was a little tight, but we all made it work because many were kids. The location to the beach was just over 100 steps from the front door- a very easy and convenient walk. The back yard was beautiful, plenty of shade to keep you cool, and the kids loved the pool when they weren’t in the ocean. Pool was cleaned 3 times within the week. A/C worked great on such a hot week. Close to many many restaurants and stores, yet the beach was not too crowded at all.

Our family vacation as

Our stay was everything‼️This is an older house that has been well kept. The views of the ocean were amazing looking out from the top balcony. The peace you get on the beach because it’s a private area and it’s not over crowded. Lastly the fact that it’s right by everything to do. Only downside I had was the furniture and TV’s need to be updated. The TV’s were a little too small for comfort. In maybe throw in a pool table and some board games for extra entertainment. Other than that we had a blast.💥

I regret having to leave this review but I consider it necessary. On Friday, March 6, my wife and I traveled to Mittlee Beach for a business trip and decided to rent this house since the plan was to bring the family to spend the weekend together after several business meetings. To begin with, the rental process was terrible and disorganized. I got the impression that no one knew what they were doing since their system is old school. I even had to pick up the keys from an office near by. When we arrived at the house we did an inspection to make sure everything was in order. The house was clean and organized even though it is a fairly old house. Upon reaching the back yard we noticed that the pool furniture was destroyed in other words impossible to sit on them. I immediately reported it and they brought in 4 plastic chairs to replace them. They never took the broken ones. The floor of the portal and part of the staircase were impassable, big liability. I also paid $500.00 to have the pool heated. It never got hot which meant that we couldn't swim in the pool at any time. I must say that the beach was across the street and had very nice views. I would not stay at this property again. The house needs repairs and upgrades ASAP. Pool got heat the last day and they give a $200 credit but never brink the whole family not fun trip

The ocean view, especially from the second floor was beautiful. The location was a short walk to the beach and it very open with plenty of space for all!
