Likewise, this home is only minutes away from hospitals like Children's Mercy and KU Medical Center and about 15 mins from Overland Park Regional.

All can enjoy great dining and shop at some of the coolest restaurants and shops on The Plaza or Westport both areas are only minutes away.

Last but not least, we cannot forget to mention some of the great museums like The Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art or the National WWI Museum and Memorial which are both only 10mins away.

Very nice property

Property was very clean, cozy and nice. Came well stocked with everything, kitchen, bathroom, trash etc. Decently spacious home with a neat upstairs.

Cute bungalow in the city

Our group was really impressed by the house! It was nicely updated and had all the small amenities needed to be able to travel light - bathroom toiletries, laundry detergent, hair dryer. Parking is on the street outside and we never had an issue finding a space directly outside the house. I also liked that the departure responsibilities were just taking out the trash. I’ve had pretty extensive lists before (stripping linens, starting laundry, etc) which is difficult when you travel with kids. Not the case here! The neighborhood is really beautiful with parks and gorgeous architecture. Bonus is how quiet it is at night despite being right in the city! Arthur is a responsive and kind host. His city guide was very helpful. We recommend Jack Stack for some amazing BBQ and the best cheese potatoes you’ve ever had and the Golden Ox for a delicious steak.

Clean and cozy stay in KC

The property was perfect for our needs. Centrally located, clean, cozy, and more spacious than we anticipated. Arthur was a communicative and kind host. I’d absolutely stay again and recommend this to others.

Great Property

I was in town for the KC Marathon and this property could not have been a better location. Hyde Park was beautiful, the house was cute and cozy, great size and beautifully decorated. Loved our stay. Host was great and communicated well.

Cute house close to Arrowhead Stadium

We stayed here to go to a show at Arrowhead Stadium (about 15 mins away). The house is super cute and clean. The neighborhood was nice with a lot of people out walking their dogs. Everyone was very friendly too. The host was friendly and kind. Bonus was that our dogs could come with and there is a fenced in yard. We will here again when we come back to KC.

Lovely Home

Wonderful Home! Wonderful Host! This was the perfect place for our family to come to visit our beloved Kansas City. The beautiful old home was well-appointed with modern furnishings and conveniences. We were more than comfortable and had space for ourselves and our dogs with a fenced in backyard and a nice neighborhood and park to walk in. It was close to everything we wanted to do, the Plaza, Downtown, the Art Museum, Westport, etc. Arthur the host was super kind and responsive to our every need. We would stay again with no qualms.

Cute house! Great location!

Our family of 4 (2 adults, 1 teenager, 1 child) stayed at this property during a getaway which featured a concert at Arrowhead. So proximity to the stadium mattered to us. We were so close to all the fun things! We walked to Nelson Atkins Art Museum, drove 10 minutes or less to several eating establishments, and had quick drives to some favorite places like Union Station and Crown Center. The night of the concert at Arrowhead, it was nice to have a cozy little place so nearby. We know we made the right choice when our kids ask if we can stay longer!

Peaceful and quaint

We had a small issue getting into the house but Arthur was quick to resolve! The house was so peaceful and clean. The neighborhood was quiet and trusting with our vehicles out front on the street.

Quaint newly remodeled with street parking

Good location in regard to being close to lots of things in KC. Cute place, very clean, plenty of room, nice kitchen amenities. Bathroom is well decorated and has a nice shower. Upstairs area is large and beds were comfortable. Cute patio. Neighbors are very close. Had a little trouble with communication. Arthur was a little slow to respond both in the days before the stay and during our check-in. Parking was an issue. The remotes for the lights and fans in the bedrooms were confusing. The door to the basement should be locked for safety reasons. One railing upstairs needs to be repaired.

Gorgeous KC home

Beautifully remodeled KC home with great historic bones and lots of character. The Godiva chocolates on the table and waters in the fridge were a nice touch. Arthur was super friendly and quick to respond when we needed him. We had a small hiccup with one of the ceiling fans not working properly but Arthur did everything in his power to make it right. The downstairs main bedroom was listed as a queen but it felt more like a full size bed. I can't guarantee it wasn't a queen though. Check-in was a breeze and Arthur even gave us tips on local restaurants, etc. Overall, a wonderful house that suited us well for our mini KC vacay!

Great Location, Great House!

We enjoyed our stay very much! There was plenty of room. The location was close to all the activities we wanted to do. The house was cozy and a great place to come home to and relax. Arthur, the property manager was always available to get ahold of when we needed something. We will definitely keep this property in mind when visiting KC again! Thank you Arthur and housekeeping crew!

Home away from home

House was very clean and decorated so nice! Definitely felt like home away from home! Close to many restaurants and a nice park! Owner was very friendly and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was enjoyable!

Very cute and clean house.

There was a miscommunication about the check out time and unfortunately the cleaning girls had to wait on us to clear out. So I felt bad about that, but they were very nice. Couldn't find the dish washer soap. So ran the dishwasher with some Dawn soap. Wish it had 2 bathrooms but all in all it was a perfect location.

Great house close to everything in KC!

Stayed a couple days during the NFL Draft in Kansas City. It was two small families with infants and the house was the perfect size and very clean. The house is within a 15min drive to all the major areas of KC and also has a large park just a few blocks away. The owner Arthur was very responsive and quickly addressed any questions we had. Would recommend this house to anyone looking to explore Kansas City!
