The perfect island getaway! Come enjoy St. Simons and all it has to offer in our new home, which is just a two minute walk to the beach and a few blocks from the King & Prince. Walk to popular restaurants like The Crab Trap, Crabdaddies and Beachcomber BBQ.

The first level has a garage and storage area which is great for bikes and beach chairs. The second level has a large kitchen with Sub Zero refrigerator and stainless steel appliances. Relax in the spacious den with cable TV, DVD and wireless internet. Both bedrooms with queen beds and new linens are located on the third level. The house is filled with windows and light and has a wonderful ocean breeze.

The Village and Pier are only .7 miles away and easy to reach by foot, bike or car. The convenience and location can't be beat!

Amazing property in great location

We had a fabulous time in St Simons and this property was close to the beach, spacious and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.

Month Stay

This house is located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to beaches, bike paths, and the village. The owners were helpful and easy to communicate with. It was perfect for us!

Best beach house ever!

It was a great stay. Beautiful location and house. Washer/dryer in house was great after a day at the beach. Kitchen was fully equipped and all appliances were in working order. I would highly recommend!

What a Jewel!

This property is a darling little home nestled in a quiet neighborhood centrally located near shopping, restaurants and beaches. It’s an easy walk or bike ride to the town and is super safe for kids. The owners are very customer-focused. The home is comfortably furnished, clean and well kept. We will definitely be back again and again!

Wonderful house and location!

We stayed here recently and couldn't have been happier with the location and house how well equipped the house was. The house is roughly 3 blocks from the beach...it's an easy 4-5 minute walk. The best part is the beach doesn't have much parking near it so it is not overly crowded. All you need is available at the house; cooking supplies, bikes, beach chairs and toys, etc. The house is nice and has an open floor plan, lots of room to spread out. This was our first stay in St. Simons as well. Everything you could possibly need for a week long vacation was within 5 minutes. Plus, the surrounding areas are all within easy driving distance. I would definitely recommend St. Simons Island over Jekyll and Tybee. However, Jekyll is a wonderful day trip and I would recommend taking a fishing or kayaking trip as well as the surrounding marshes and wildlife areas are beyond beautiful. In short, we had a wonderful stay at this house and St. Simons and the owner Paige was wonderful at answering any questions we had about the house and area quickly! Thanks so much.

Beautiful and Comfortable home 1 block from the beach

Paige was fantastic to rent from. Her communication was superb. Super kitchen and very comfortable beds. She had bicycles in the garage and we rode them to the St Simon Lighthouse. We loved taking morning and evening walks on the beach. Several wonderful restaurants. Thanks for allowing us to stay in your home.

A Lovely Retreat

The property is located in the very popular south end of the island. It is in close proximity to numerous restaurants and beach activities. The house was very clean and decorated in a costal style without any of the tacky beach decor you find in many rentals in resort areas. The neighborhood is quite pleasant with a variety of well maintained homes in many styles from small cottages to upscale properties. It is exactly a six minute walk to the closest public beach access #19. The house has lots of windows and high ceilings giving it a bright, open feeling. It is three stories, the first floor housing the garage and storage for beach gear, bikes, etc. The second floor contains the kitchen and dining area, a half bath and a large living room. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms are on the third level along with a laundry nook. If stairs are an issue, this might not be the best rental option.

Location, location, location!

Beautiful, comfortable home in a terrific location. A walk or bike ride away from just about everything you need. The host, Paige, was a great communicator!

Perfect for our family of three!

We love staying at Hill Cottage for family vacations to SSI! This property is cool and comfortable and just a short walk to the beach and the village. The owner, Paige, is so helpful and responsive when fielding any questions. We loved coming home to the AC and ceiling fans after fun filled days at the beach! Thank you Paige for the lovely accommodations! I highly recommend Hill Cottage for couples or small families!

Great house - great location

A great space!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hill Cottage! As advertised, the cottage is a very short walk to the beach. It was wonderful to be close to the beach and still have a neighborhood experience. And we were pleasantly surprised with the fully equipped kitchen - especially since most kitchens offer limited utensils. The cottage was clean, bright, and spacious. Overall a great find!

Fantastic!

This is a wonderful family-friendly house! We thoroughly enjoyed our first stay on St. Simon's Island due in part to renting this property which was centrally located to everything the island had to offer. In addition, the house was well-appointed, well-stocked and clean. A great find!

Family beach vacation perfection

Hill Cottage was the perfect amount of space for our family of 3 and situated in an ideal location, just a short walk to the beach (and breakfast at Palmer’s Village Cafe). We found our accommodations clean and comfortable, and loved cooling off under the ceiling fans after a fun filled day on the sand! Our host, Paige, was so helpful as we planned our stay! We hope to stay here during our future vacations in SSI!

Wonderful!!

I can't say enough good about this place...the location is perfect. Two and half blocks from the beach on a very quiet street, plus an easy walk through a nice friendly neighborhood to the village. It's quite large, modern and super clean. The two upstairs bedrooms each have their own full bath and offer complete privacy and the downstairs is spacious, full of windows and super comfortable. The kitchen was well supplied and the beds were the most comfortable we've ever slept in. The owner is helpful, friendly and communicative and the whole stay was just perfect!

Feels like home

We had a wonderful time at St. Simons Island over the 2017-2018 Christmas New Year period. The home is VERY comfortable, is VERY well furnished with kitchen supplies, and bath towels. It’s VERY clean, and best of all, the owner was very responsive and helpful when we were out of electricity for 2 days due to the famous ice Bomb Cyclone! The beach and community pier are short walks away. Lots of great restaurants and shops as well! We couldn’t have had a nicer time except if the weather would have been warmer! 😎 A heart felt THANK YOU to our host and hostess! We will definitely stay here again if we come back to St Simons!
