Great place to stay - walk to many of the sights and restaurants in downtown St SimonThe leaf blowing starts early in the am - nice alarm clock effect so you join the whole day

The perfect get away vrbo

Amazing location, very spacious, loved the full bathrooms, very clean, kitchen was well stocked with plates, cups, and basic cookware. Parking was easy, patio was beautiful on a nice day. Sound bar was great. 10/10 would come back.

Charming Stay Steps from Everything!

We had a wonderful experience staying at this condo. It was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is unbeatable—everything is within walking distance, from shops and restaurants to local attractions. Plus, the view overlooking Mallery Street added a charming touch. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Perfect for us!

Great location! Beautiful decor. Well stocked kitchen. We just happened to stay the week of a huge ice storm so we did not get to enjoy the lovely balcony but we did enjoy people watching from the spacious living room. Jerry was super helpful and communication was great! Would definitely stay again. As some other guests mentioned, there are a lot of stairs and the living area is sunken so if mobility is an issue, this would not be the place for you. For us it was perfect and very quaint!

The place to stay!

Great central location! Easy access to shopping, restaurants, pier and beach areas. Nice walking areas. Condo apartment felt just like home. All the amenities you need for a memorable stay. Owner was very accessible. This was our second stay.

Village stay

We enjoyed our stay in the village this trip. The best part was waking up and walking across the street to The Palmers restaurant. No long waits for us this trip! The condo was beautiful. Loved the loft style! The host is great.

Beautiful Condo at the Center of St. Simons

Great little find at the heart of St. Simons for an extended weekend for me and my husband! Beautifully decorated! We loved sitting on the porch, morning and evening, to people watch and sip on coffee and cocktails! Gerry was very quick to answer any questions, offered suggestions, and was simply a pleasure to have as a host! Will definitely come back!

Great rental unit in a great location!

Title says it all. This was a great vacation rental with a great location in the heart of SSI. Close walking distance to shops, restaurants, pier/waterfront, and lighthouse/beach. Property was clean and communication with owner was good. Would definitely recommend!

What a hidden gem!

Great location! So close to all the dinning, shopping and fun of the village- and it was very quiet during the day and night! Very clean and beautifully decorated and comfortable too. I would highly suggest putting in the description that access is only by stairs. This is not a place for elderly or those who have mobility issues.

Terrific location to experience the local flare

This is a wonderfully updated second floor condo in the heart of all the action. Multiple restaurants within walking distance and vibrant atmosphere surround this location. The pier and lighthouse are a 5 minute walk. East beach is a 5 minute drive with plenty of parking. Speaking of parking, you have a designated parking spot on the side of the building. We took a day trip to Jekyll Island and rented bikes for the day. We played golf at the King and Prince Golf Club. As this location is in the heart of all the action, you can expect that there will be some noise. I had read a previous review and was ready for this so it presented no issues for us. Would highly recommend this property.

Great Times in St. Simon

The place was just as the pictures and description described but even better. We loved the corner balcony where we could sit and people watch. It is perfectly located in the heart of the downtown area. Restaurants, shops, entertainment and the beach were just steps away. The parking was convenient and accessible with no issues at all. The communication with the owner was spot on. It was absolutely perfect and we will definitely be back again.

Beautiful home!

The location of this home was perfect for our trip! We rarely needed our car; we walked to all the shops and to the pier. The home was beautifully decorated and was supplied with every amenity possible. Jerry’s communication was great! We anticipate returning!

The best on the island

If I could rate above 5 I would. This property checks all the boxes. Clean, well equipped, comfortable, excellent location, hot and great pressure shower, walking distance to a lot of attractions, easy check in and access, great host communication, and the list goes on. I would highly recommend this condo and will recommend it to family and friends. Very very well done and very nice!

Perfect Getaway

Gorgeous Condo in Downtown St. Simon's

This beautiful condo is sophisticated at the same time it stays casual, from the architecture to the furnishings and the decor. Every piece of furniture seemed to be carefully selected for both comfort and style. Generous rooms with high ceilings and a view of the vibrant main street from the balcony give those who stay here a sense of immediate belonging in this lovely village. While not a large space, it does have two full baths, which is nice. Fully stocked with high quality linens and dishware. Dedicated parking space was very much appreciated especially on the busy weekends. We loved it.

St Simons

This is a great unit for two people right in the heart of St Simons. The property is very well done, equipped, and comfortable. The porch’s allows a great view of Mallory street and the location is in the middle of everyone. Highly recommend this property.

Impeccable home with perfect location

Absolutely beautiful modern loft. Host was quick to respond, home is immaculate and super clean. It comes furnished with everything you need to have the perfect vacation. Located on the Main Street in the village, it’s the perfect spot to sit on the balcony and people watch or just enjoy a cocktail. It’s even more perfect because parking is tough but not for this home. You even have a reserved parking spot. Mins to Sea Island and all of the local attractions. A 15 min or so drive to Jekyll Island. This was the perfect spot for our honeymoon. We will def be back.
