Although the unit wasn't ready at the 4pm check in (they were still cleaning it), we enjoyed our stay. The view was wonderful, got to watch dolphins most days, and the outside furniture was awesome. The mattresses are comfortable but didn't have a lot of support so rolled to the middle. Wish there were games or books to enjoy, as it rained a few hours a couple of days, but would rent this unit again. We had an issue with the free beach chairs. but the owner quickly responded and the issue was immediately fixed!!

Amazing!!!

It was a Great place to stay. Everything was clean and easy access to beach & restaurants. Property Manager accommodated us coming a day early and was very helpful. We enjoyed our stay!!!

Was awesome place to stay second floor could see the ocean and only go down one flight of stairs.

Family getaway

Great property and location. Would have liked some more blankets for the beds. They were quite thin. The trash truck sometimes shows up at 6:30 in the morning and is very very loud unloading the dumpsters outside the front door.

Great stay!

The communication with the host was fantastic! They were quick to answer, even with a 1am arrival. The condo was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Ample towels for all guests. Kitchen was well stocked with basics for cooking breakfast, lunch and dinner. The second floor end unit was great with the stairs right next door so we didnt have to wait on the elevators to get to the beach. Pool area was nice and it was wonderdul that it was heated. The view was spectacular from the balcony! We would stay here again with this host and owner and would recommend to friends and family.

Nice Place

Very nice place, very clean, plenty of room for my family. I would recommend this place to anyone. Very family oriented place. We will be back. Only con was balcony table was bent. We arrived about 3 hours earlier messaged host about if it’s possible to check in early. They offered $75.00 check in early fee. No one has ever tried to charge me a early check in fee.

Great place

Really enjoyed staying at Commodore 210. The condo is spilt very nicely with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Each family group in our party had their own private bathroom and we loved that. The location of the condo is excellent on the second floor. It is very early accessible by stairs from the beach and the parking lot. Not having to wait at the elevator was great. We even took our beach wagon up and down the stairs. One suggestion is to add to the description that there are beach toys available. We couldn't find that in the description and brought toys with us, but there were toys available in the condo. Also it would've been nice to also have a beach wagon and beach towels available. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay and we would definitely choose to stay there again.

Spacious Condo

The condo was beautiful! There were some things in the condo that didnt work but not a huge inconvenience for us. Such as the blinds didnt close together in both front rooms, the outlets in the master room did not work on one side of the bed. But like i said it was not a huge inconvenience. The pull out bed was broken so we could not use that but we just used the foam piece that was in the closet which worked fine!Overall it was spacious and the balcony was amazing and the view was Beautiful! The outside could use some tables next to the chairs to have somewhere to put your coffee cup or whatever while sitting there looking at the ocean.The pool was small for hpw big the place was and they do not spray the area around the pool at all so sand is everywhere.

Disappointed

Location and view and access to beach is awesome. The onsight manager and security staff are amazing and very friendly. Entry to condo was easy. First thing I noticed was mold in master shower, and a plastic tag was left in shower floor. Mold in guest bathroom vent. Threshold entry to 2 rooms broken. Live roach bug. Dead bugs in kitchen cabinet. Washer/Dryer gross with green mold. Used bandaid under bed comforter. Sheets turned inside out. If I were owner, I’d be embarrassed to let folks stay here. Beautiful condo, but extremely unclean.

Management Company Soleil was horrible

We drove 5 hours with our elderly disabled parents an d arrived at 3 pm, 1 hour before check-in. I called Soleil, the management company and asked them if they could let us in early. They were very rude on the phone and told us that we didn’t request early check-in and they would only help us for an additional $75.00 fee. So I had to load up our elderly disabled parents and reload the car and go ride around for another hour until 4pm. So our stay did not get off to a great start. Other than that, there was no broom, dust pan, mop, or bucket to cleanup after ourselves during the weeks stay. There was no iron or ironing board. Soleil did send a new one when I called to let them know. The washer has mold growing around the door gasket. The deck was covered in sand like no one had swept in weeks. There was also mold in the common restroom. The elevators were dirty and smelled and common exterior areas were not well kept. For the money we spent we expected better. Suggestions for home owner: 1. Night stand lamps in all bedrooms. 2. Shower heads with handheld heads 3. Small deck tables on patio to set coffee mug or drinks. 4. End tables in den. 5. More than one dish towel.

We apologize for any inconvenience during your stay. However, we would like to provide more detail. The guest messaged us a day before their arrival, and we promptly responded to their questions regarding guest access instructions. The guest expressed gratitude for our response and confirmed that they received the instructions. The instructions clearly stated that check-in time is at 4 PM, and there is an option to inquire about early check-in on the day of arrival. Upon the guest's arrival at 2:00 PM, they encountered difficulty opening the door and contacted our support number. We informed them that our door codes are time-sensitive and will only work starting from 4 PM. The guest then requested us to change the door code immediately, to which we offered the option of early check-in for an additional $75. However, the guest declined the offer stating that it was ridiculous it for just a two-hour difference and insisted that we open the door immediately. Despite the guest's rude response, we maintained professionalism and tried to assist. It is important to note that we did not receive any communication regarding the cleanliness of the property, and we would have appreciated if the guest had reached out, as our housekeeping team could have addressed any concerns.
