Great place to stay. Had issues getting into the house but Adam resolved it fairly quickly. The second bathroom could use a new shower curtain but other than that the place was very clean. Would stay here again.

We had a great stay here. The host was easy to get a hold of pre-check-in. We had some issues that were addressed and exceeded our expectations. All rooms were clean very comfortable master bed. This was a great stay for our vacation.

Great and very large home in a quiet neighborhood. This is a great property if traveling with a big group as you can spread out and never feel cramped. The lot itself is huge and sits right on a walking/biking path. The house even comes with bikes and helmets! We loved our stay and used the well-stocked kitchen to prepare a couple of meals. Nashville is known for great restaurants and numerous options are anywhere from 10 to 20 minutes away. This is not the right house for you if you are hoping to have loud or late night parties. Our group is early to bed, early to rise and the quiet, peaceful neighborhood and property worked out great. Would definitely stay here next time in Nashville.

Comfortable and spacious home. Beautiful location backing to nature. Great communication with the host ahead of time. We had no issues during the stay. We appreciated the kitchen being stocked with basics so we didn’t have to run to the store first thing. Some quirky things…like doors that don’t shut well, odd lighting, and just know that 3 bedrooms share one bathroom and the master has their own.

Very clean and quiet. Location just a short drive (5 to 20 minutes) to most of the fun venues. Very nice paved trail access from backyard. Able to sit and relax with family in back deck and BBQ on the new gas grill.

This property was ideal for three couples and a single. The walking/bike trails provided opportunities for exercise. It is far from downtown, but we used Uber and Lyft to take in the sights. The hosts were accommodating and I honestly can't find a negative thing to say. Thank you for a wonderful Nashville experience!Wanda McLaughlin

We were in town for our daughter’s graduation from Belmont. We loved having Shelby Bottoms Park right in the backyard. Our group explored the walking trails and I enjoyed having a bike & helmet available to use for more exploration of the park. We had lots of space to spread out and eat at the table and when watching TV. The couches and beds were comfortable and the hosts do a fabulous job with communicating and providing linens and little extras like laundry detergent, dishwasher soap, paper towels & toilet paper. The neighborhood was quiet and a nice break from the busyness of other areas of Nashville yet we were able to get where we needed to go easily and within a reasonable amount of time. We would definitely stay there again.
