When we arrived repairs were in progress but while we went to dinner it was cleaned and ready to occupy. We had 6 adults and each had our own bedroom and bathroom. Perfect. The host stopped by to make sure everything was satisfactory, which it was. We enjoyed the comfort and convenience of the house. Nice and cool and quiet. Plenty of space to park vehicles and a nice big backyard. I would stay again if we come back.

Great location to everywhere important in Nashville. The house was clean and fit everyone in our group comfortably. Just about every room had it's own bathroom. Would definitely stay here again. Great communication from the host!

We had a group in Nashville for the Bruno Mars concert, and this house was perfect! Close to a lot of things to do around town, super clean and spacious, and supplied with everything we could need. The weather didn’t let us enjoy the hot tub, but it was on and ready when we got there. Very quiet neighborhood. Easy communication with the host! Will definitely stay here again on future trips!!

This was an unexpected gem. Upon arrival your first thought would be " How can this place have 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms?" Well when opening then door , stepping into this spacious place was like unwrapping a present... everything was so clean and tidy. The rooms were all good size with towels folded like flowers on each bed ( mind you that would be 11 of them!) Each room having their own bathroom was a plus. All.the added little ammenities with the coffee bar and kitchen towels folded like a butterfly were refreshing. The hosts were amazing and answered any questions within minutes . I would and will definitely stay here again with a group when I am in the Nashville area.

I love the blend of modern amenities and the touches of classic period architecture we were able to create in this home when we renovated it. It now features 3 good-sized bedrooms and the master is actually quite large with its own private "three-quarter" bath.

I think the greatest thing about this home is its super-central location just a little bit away from the hustle and bustle of the city but still so close that you can be downtown in practically no time.
