Plenty of room, such a cute home!

My friends and I were so pleasantly surprised with the size, cleanliness, and design of the home. Will definitely be looking into staying here again sometime :)

It was pleasant for the most part. In a couple of the bedrooms the heater did not work even though we opened up the valve. There did seem to be enough towels. Otherwise, it was more than adequate.

Lovely stay in a cozy, spacious, and clean home

This was one of the first rentals I've stayed at in a long time that actually felt like a home! It was warm and inviting, and had plenty of space for all of us to be comfortable and have our privacy, but still have the lovely first floor to hang out together. The kitchen was stocked with coffee and all the stuff you'd want to cook (though we didn't on this trip), which is nice to see. And communication was A. Can't recommend this spot enough!

In Town for a Friend's Wedding

7 adults rented this unit for one night in order to attend a friend's wedding in Providence. It was exactly what we needed. Our stay was great!

One night stay

Perfect for a one night stay passing through town… I love that there are items “left behind/provided” rather than throwing away/wasting things! We felt comfortable adding to things there as well. Very clean. Rooms were great and beds comfortable!

Family Gathering

The rental was clean, comfortable, and as advertised. It was the perfect combination of offering my family a comfortable gathering place in the kitchen, dining and living room and a private retreat in the bedrooms upstairs. We had a great time. I would recommend this rental to others.

Amazing rental!

This property exceeded my expectations, everything needed was provided. This place has taste! Very pleased with the decision to stay here. Quiet neighborhood, and would absolutely stay again. I would also recommend it to friends and family.

Good stay

Great, clean and comfortable. Very comfortable beds. Well stocked. Only negative was that Keurig needed to be descaled so would not brew ( minor inconvenience).

Choose something else

This is a very old house. Not very clean and not in very good repair.. The linens were not fresh and the shampoo bottles had all been used. There is a decanter in the dining room with some kind of brown crust dried in the bottom. There is a funky smell. For 400 for one night I would expect clean linens and single use toiletries. Would not book this property again and wish I had chosen another place.

Family stay

Stayed here for a family members graduation from Brown. If you are looking to not get 2-3 hotel rooms and want something more... This is you place. Clean and well appointed. Asked for early check in and late check out and was accommodated. Owner was very helpful.

Comfortable

Very clean and loved the decorations, there was dishes left in the sink and a hot chocolate cup in the microwave and left over alcohol in the fridge but that wasn’t a big deal it’s understandable. I loved staying here

Charming

The property was clean and roomy for our 3 generation family. Charming, well-maintained old house was a great stop on our travels. The neighborhood was a little unexpected but close to great ice cream and the friendliest DD we have ever been in!

RI wedding stay

Joanna was extremely communicative and so understanding when we ask for an extra hour early check-in so we could get ready for the wedding. There were five of us women all getting ready at once, and having two bathrooms was amazing. All the bedrooms are set up with everything you could ever need. Great one night stay!

Great family reunion!

We loved this house. Five bedrooms and two baths and living room, dining room and kitchen plenty big enough to handle a group of 8. Johanna was a great host - responsive to a request for early check-in with our infant granddaughter. We liked the extremely multicultural neighborhood. Highly recommend this home for families like ours or other large groups🕹️

Perfect, can’t wait to come back

Everyone raved. Was down for a college reunion and it worked perfect having 5 separate bedrooms. A large dining table to sit around for a leisurely breakfast. The neighborhood felt safe. I had to request to get the info on the type of beds and pillows as everyone loved them and never slept so good. Can’t wait to rent again.

Hands down the best host and house I’ve ever booked

The communication from the host was great, the atmosphere was beautiful I felt like I was at home. I do not have a single complaint about this property. Johanna was awesome at replying to every single message I sent, and the house was ready when I got there. When I walked in I immediately felt the vibe of the house and it helped me get comfortable quick. I invited some friends over and it accommodated us perfectly. Every single room in the house had EVERYTHING we needed and the beds there are sooooo comfortable. Smelled good inside, super clean and very spacious. I was really happily surprised. The place looks way better than the pics. I have booked places before and in my experience there is always something missing BUT NOT HERE. She literally had everything a person would need in order to have a good overnight stay. From the utensils, to the toilet paper, to the blankets, extra air mattresses, the smart tvs, the many outlets present in the house, the Amazon Bluetooth speakers, the desks, extra chairs, the night lamps, to the trash cans in each room, it’s like she took her time to set up this house to accommodate everyone no matter what kind of stay they have. The details were so incredible. From short term stays to long term Stays whatever your situation this house can and will accommodate I will book again in the future. Overall I would give it 20 stars if I could. Thanks for having us and letting our friends come over and enjoy each others company inside your home.

Easy spot for a big group

This was home base for us for a night out in Providence and it did the trick. Not especially fancy or new, but entirely serviceable and spacious for our big crew. Parking was easy and it was just a short drive (under 15 min) to the places we wanted to go.
