We’ve stayed all along the Gulf Coast and this property at Carillon Beach is now our new favorite spot. Property was very clean and the host was very prompt in helping with anything we needed or had questions about. Will most certainly be back next year.

This place is really close to perfect in every way! Very updated and charming. In great shape and has very close private beach access that makes the day at the beach perfect! There is an on-site lunch place at the main pool with the best sandwiches, burgers, fries, and frozen drinks. This was a near perfect few days at the beach for us! I cannot give it a high enough rating. This will always be a special place for us in our memories.

I loved everything about this condo. Its proximity to the beach, the decor, and the mattress. I plan on buying one just like it. The host Charla was very personable and ready to answer any questions I had. I will come back and stay in this same condo.

Stunning gulf shore views, sounds & amenities

Fabulous hosting, ultra clean, convenient parking, gated security, and cozy one bedroom perfect for a couples stay. Walk out building directly onto beaches with stunning views from the living room, bedroom, and dining space. Definitely would stay again!

Property was very nice with a wonderful beach location. Just steps away to the beautiful white sand. Loved that it bordered a state park. At times it felt like a private beach, not crowded with people

Pure beach bliss

For real! 5 stars!!!!!! Highly recommend this beach condo. Clean. Cozy. Comfortable. Unmatched location. During our stay in late February/ early March we enjoyed a very quiet stay and peaceful beach (which at times felt almost private). An absolute delightful way to celebrate our anniversary. Everything we hoped for and more.

Great condo

This condo was perfect for a short getaway. It is beautifully decorated and week equipped with everything we needed. Just steps to the beach and Charla was wonderful to work with. Would definitely stay here again!

Winter respite

We had a very nice stay. The condo is beautiful. The beach and the view is gorgeous and my only wish would've been a little warmer, but other than the weather which we can't control. It was fabulous, next time going to stay longer

Amazing getaway

We have been going to Florida for many years and this is the best property we have ever stayed in. Beautiful, quiet and clean With an Incredible view of the ocean and in an awesome location. Can’t recommend this place and host enough.

The unit was very clean and the kitchen was fully supplied with everything you might need. The view of the gulf was very nice. The beach was not too crowded. The shower/tub area was extremely slippery! Would recommend adding anti-slip strips to the tub.We were without hot water for half a day due to a resort wide outage. The customer contact was responsive and kept us informed. Overall, we had a good time.

Parents getaway

We absolutely loved our stay at “Beach Oasis”. The condo was beautiful along with the beach. Our host was fast with communication. We would definitely stay here again. One of the nicest condos we’ve stayed at!
