High Pointe is a wonderful, family oriented property right on the Gulf. Beach is stunning, large lagoon pool. This 2 bedroom/2 Ba unit fit our needs. Wonderful stay. Beach chairs included.

We absolutely loved our stay. This was our first time at High Pointe but not our first time in the area. With kids there really is not a better spot on 30A! The pool is big and fun and the beach with beach service made it so easy. The view from the condo is stunning. The kitchen was well-stocked and it felt very spacious for our family, even being used to renting larger homes. Everything was clean. Location-wise it was great being so close to the heart of Seacrest Beach while also being a quick bike ride or walk to Rosemary Beach or Alys Beach. We are so glad we chose to spend our week here!

Good spot and nice place to stay

We went for a long weekend during off season. We thoroughly enjoyed the condo’s accommodations, location, and view of the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect getaway!

Great location next to Rosemary Beach, with shops, restaurants and entertainment all in walking distance. Perfect layout with views of the ocean. Clean space and easy check in Would definitely stay again!

This was our second vacation in the condo and we had another great stay. The shower in the primary bathroom had been updated since last year and we really appreciate the improvement! We love having a full sized washer and dryer for our laundry throughout the week. The complex is in a great location and it’s very convenient to walk to many places.

Property was great! Beautiful view of the gulf from patio. Unit was clean and nicely decorated. We enjoyed the pool, beach, and pickleball. The grounds are well taken care of. Just a beautiful resort. So convenient with shops and stores in walking distance. Our host Angela was super receptive. Great to deal with! We had a wonderful week there!

We love High Pointe Resort. This is our 10th stay at the resort. You can’t beat the location. This condo had everything stocked and even had extras of all the little things like toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher pods etc. This unit also has a great view!

Had a great time

Condo and resort was wonderful. Beach was beautiful! Couldn't have asked for a better location for a week away with our 7 year old daughter! Angela was easy to communicate with and very responsive throughout the entire process. Great host!

Wonderful Stay

We have enjoyed High Pointe and this condo multiple years now and always have a great time as a family. The location is convenient and the beach access and chair/umbrella setup is extremely helpful when traveling with our small children. We’ll be back!

Amazing Stay

The property is in such an amazing location. Gorgeous views, close to three of the best areas, and is very accessible. Communication was perfect. Property was well stocked and clean. Best value I’ve found when booking a short term rental. Anywhere.

Enjoyed our time at 13E. So happy to see the updated paint and furniture!! Great ocean views! Well-stocked condo in High Pointe. Loved the updated pickleball courts!!! Could use a deep clean but overall great visit!!

peace and beauty

this peaceful hide away in mid winter is both relaxing and beautiful. only drawback is very weak wi/fi signal, had to go to coffee shop acriss the street to use laptop or to get a good cell phone call.

Spring Break 2025

What a wonderful property! We loved being right on the ocean for the days that it was too windy to be on the beach. We could sit on the patio and still enjoy the waves. There are so many places to eat and shop within walking distance. We had an electrical problem due to a bad switch but Angela was quick to respond and had her handyman come and fix it the same day (on a Sunday!). We have stayed in Destin before but not 30A. We enjoyed tje condo and location so much we have already booked it for next year!
