Great Place
This was a great place for our family vacation. Everything was clean and had everything we needed. Only about a 10 minute walk to the beach or pool. The shuttle was great for when it was too hot to walk. Would definitely stay here again.

The Townhome was clean and just as pictured. Lost Key in itself was great. No major issues with the house, the ceiling fan did stop working during our stay. The kitchen was well equipped but lacked cooking essentials like salt, oil, etc (I understand some places don’t provide these things) The star removal was more for the check in / check out process of having to stop by a separate building to get keycards & codes etc. yet it only takes minutes to do so, after a 16hour drive your just ready to punch in a code and enter your place of stay. The keycards could be left at the location and given code access. The only other issue was the request of pesticide companies booked during our stay. This is just poor communication & scheduling as these types of maintenance should be scheduled between bookings, it is not professional to ask for access during a stay to check for bugs. All in all I would find other rental companies as this one just seemed to interrupt a bit more time than I’d like on vacation.
