Luxurious Studio overlooking scenic 30A in Seacrest Beach nestled between Rosemary and Alys Beach. Condo has been thoughtfully remodeled from top to bottom and has been professionally decorated throughout with brand new furnishings. This studio sleeps 2 with cozy bedding and dimmable lighting. It has a sitting area with a sofa and 70 inch smart TV. There is also a table perfect for laptop usage or eating take out from one of the amazing restaurants within walking distance. Studio is equipped with a kitchenette stocked with a Keurig coffee maker, microwave, dishes and a mini refrigerator. Deeded Beach access is located a short walk (.25 mile) from the Condo. Beach tram runs March - October and picks up and drops off at the complex.
Condo resides in the family friendly Village of South Walton complex. All guests will have access to 2 Pools (1 is heated during colder temps) and a Hot Tub on the grounds of the complex. Gas Grills available for guest's use also located at the pool area. With plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, beach stores, boutiques, and the onsite Seacrest Sundry grocery mart, you have everything for a perfect beach escape.
Unit comes with 2 beach chairs, 2 beach towels, starter sets of shampoo, soap, toilet paper and paper towels.

I was there for a wedding and didn’t get to really enjoy the shops. I was shocked the amount of people and traffic for end of April. The host were awesome to work with! Beautiful place. I would stay here again for a short trip.

Everything was absolutely beautiful—from the room location to the restaurants—and Rosemary Beach completely surpassed Siesta Key. I would highly recommend booking with Kim and Bill Lux; they were exceptional from start to finish.

Studio was perfect for our stay. It was clean, updated, and a great size for two people. The location is ideal for shops, restaurants, beach, and pool. If I could change one thing, the check in would be earlier or the check out was later - although I think the timing is typical for the area

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The host was incredibly responsive from start to finish, making everything smooth and stress free. The condo itself was spotless, with every detail clearly well cared for.The location couldn’t be better. It’s centrally located and an easy walk to the beach, plus close to great shopping and fantastic dining options. We especially loved being able to hop on our bikes and explore all along 30A, such a memorable, fun and scenic experience.Between the live music, charming coffee shops, and overall vibrant atmosphere, this trip had a little bit of everything. We genuinely enjoyed our time here and would absolutely recommend it, this is a must-stay!

Loved our stay here!
We spent our one year anniversary here & it was great! The location is fantastic - you can walk to restaurants, coffee shops in both Aly's Beach & Rosemary. The decor is also so cute! We would recommend! :)

Excellent Experience
We had a great stay 12/26 - 12/30. The location to shops, dining, and the beach can't be beat. The studio was super clean and cozy. We look forward to returning in the future!

Great!!
It was a good stay, everything was within walking distance which was perfect considering our car broke down. Check in was easy and the place was super cute. Only complaint was that there were stains and hairs on bed/pillows but with the washers and dryers around corner we just threw them in there super quick. Overall a great stay !

A Little Touch of Heaven
The condo is stunning! Very clean, modern, and chic! It is located in the heart of the Inlet Beaches with super close access to the beach, local shops and eateries. It is the perfect getaway for two.

Best stay on 30a!
The perfect anniversary stay! My husband and I absolutely loved our stay here! The location was ideal with just a short walk to the beach, and there were fun shops/entertainment right under the condos! The environment was all very safe and clean. Our condo was immaculate with everything we needed for our stay. The hosts were very easy to contact, always responded quickly, and helped with any accommodations. They provided several helpful recommendations for food, which we took advantage of and are so glad we did! We will definitely recommend this stay on 30a!

This unit is not a studio apartment. It is equipped like a sizeable hotel room with a microwave and fridge. There is no kitchen nor even a kitchenette to allow for food prep. There is no seating except for a small loveseat that barely accommodates two average sized adults at the same time. It is next to a busy street with road noise during the day. Overall, the room is nicely furnished for a single or two small-average sized adults with a queen bed.
The area surrounding the property is lovely. The beaches are nearby, so no shuttle is required to access them but one is available.
Although this property is clean, in a nice overall location with upscale decor, it is not a 10/10 as the ratings suggest compared to surrounding properties.

Clean room! Great location- walking distance to everything in Rosemary and Seacrest. Perfect spot for a couple to stay.

This place was the perfect getaway for our first anniversary. The room was exactly as pictured and the owners provided a thorough document of all relevant property details and things to do. We will be back!

cute unit, very TJMAXX. VERY LOUD ROAD NOISE and PEOPLE Partying on outside window on 30a, felt like PCB. Cute, but tiny couch is terribly uncomfortable to sit on. Too far from beach access and no where to sit on beach that was sectioned off for the area we could sit in. 30a has overbuilt and cant accommodate all the people.

Our family has been coming to 30A for summer vacations for many years. Once we became empty nesters, we decided to look for a place to purchase along 30A. We fell in love with the Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach areas, and our unit is located between the two areas.
