This private home located steps to Loon Mountain resort offers an open concept living and dining room and fully equipped kitchen making it an ideal spot for relaxing while having access to all the sites and amenities in Lincoln, NH.
The space
This three level, spacious home offers a master bedroom with a king size bed and private bathroom on the main level. The third level has two bedrooms, each with a queen size bed and a shared full bathroom. The lower level has a bedroom with an L shaped bunk bed to sleep four. Guests can spread out with an additional living room with a smart TV on the lower level which also includes an L shaped bunk bed to sleep four and a full bathroom. Other amenities include laundry on the main level and a wrap around deck with a hot tub to relax and take in the stunning view. Fresh towels, linens, and toiletries are provided for guests.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house including all three levels, garage, driveway, and deck.
Other things to note
Guests have access to the Mountain Club down the road which offers an outdoor and indoor pool, hot tub, fitness center, restaurant, and spa.
There is also a shuttle service to Loon Mountain ski resort.
