Tucked away in a neighborhood of estate homes. this large single family house is well situated near I-75/ I-64 in Lexington, and close to the Kentucky Horse Park. It's also just 12 minutes to Rupp Arena and downtown. The home features large sunken Kitchen and Dining Room, Den, Living Room, and deck with large fenced back yard. There is also a TV room downstairs, ample deck space and huge backyard with fire pit.

Our favorite Lexington house!

Our pony club group comes in to Lexington a few times a year and this was our fourth time booking this house. Perfect for a medium group- lots of bedrooms, great kitchen, very comfy. Super easy check in/check out and zero issues ever! Thanks!

Great stay in Lex

Very spacious. Large kitchen & dining fit our group of 10 adults well. Lots of sleeping area and great location. Would definitely stay again!

Huge, clean house! Great location for visit to Lexington

Huge house with six bedrooms, three bathrooms lots of great common spaces for just hanging out. Easy Uber ride to downtown, UK, and Keeneland. Only 6 in our group, but could easily sleep at least 12.

Large and many bedrooms. I’d stay again if in area. Only thing I can think of to change is to actually have ground coffee provided.

Perfect weekend!

We brought 6 of our riding students to their first ever 5* event at the horse park. The location was exceptional-on/off the interstate and 15 minutes to the park. The house was a perfect set up for our group-kids downstairs and adults upstairs. We definitely recommend this location and host!

Fun Lexington property.

This is a great location with ample space and a great layout for a large group. The beds are super comfortable and it’s easy access to so much of Lexington. The steps into the sunken kitchen are intense and so be aware of those. The outside area would be wonderful with the right weather too. The owner responded promptly to text messages. Easy check in.

Property Double Booked Occupied When We Arrived

Beware of this host. He supposedly double booked it around us so when we arrived at the reserved time the house was fully occupied. We had to move our group to a local hotel and missed completely the benefit of staying in the same property. VRBO refunded our charges in full and immediately leaving us to make arrangements on our own.

We loved this house. 4 bedrooms upstairs and two in the finished basement. Host was very kind to be sure there was propane for the gas grill on the lively back deck

Retirement celebration for husband

From checking in to checking out was wonderful the owner let me come in a little bit early to decorate for my husband’s retirement. Very close to the race track. Overall a wonderful time and wonderful house , very spacious

6 Bedroom home in Lexington burbs

Nice, clean, spacious property. A few small issues. 1) No access to garage. Would have been nice to park there in rain. 2) No railing on steps to front door (only access point); potentially dangerous. Same comment for steps down to kitchen from living room. A railing would be nice. Also unguarded 2 foot drop from living room to dining room. 3) Kitchen had full complement of appliances, but no expected condiments or coffee. Would have been nice convenience. 4) Original TV remote in living room was inoperable due to battery leakage. Again, small complaints only. Thanks.

Ideal Spot for Large Group Stays in Lexington

Our group came for a weekend of Bourbon trail and Keeneland Spring Meet. A huge amount of space and nice comfy beds for everyone to have their own room. We only had six in our group but enough sleep space for many more. House was as described and super clean. Location was great easy to get on highway or downtown. We enjoyed have a fire in the backyard the final night and cooking some steaks on the grill. I would point out that the kitchen is sunken from the living room and you have to really remember the steps down which could be tough for elderly or tipsy people. Looking forward to a return trip!

Nice house

It was a good place overall. Sad it didn’t have a coffee pot or blinds in master or dishwasher detergent and no outdoor light that functioned when we were coming back to our house late. These were remedied fairly quickly by property manager but definitely impacted the first three days. Rooms and beds were lovely. House spacious Kitchen nicely stocked although we did not cook ever. I would stay there again.

Lots of space for gathering.

Stayed for a holiday weekend with extended family. The house was set up well for separate family groups with lots of spaces. The sunken dining room kitchen was a little tricky with little ones, but was not a major issue. Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and the kitchen was great for cooking for a group. Owner was very responsive and check in and out were a breeze.
