This three-bedroom penthouse condominium offers the ultimate convenience so you can walk everywhere downtown, including Harrah's Cherokee Center Asheville, Pack Square Park, and the Asheville Art Museum. Year-round views of the cityscape through a wall of picture windows offer dawn to dusk colors and nighttime views that twinkle with stars and city lights. Enjoy trendy furnishings in the living area, a smart TV in each bedroom, a washer/dryer, and three bathrooms to accommodate everyone. The remodeled, fully equipped kitchen gives you options for a quick breakfast or lunch without having to leave the privacy of the loft. Street parking may be available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Additional parking is available for a nominal fee in the parking garage across the street. This single-level condo is on the third floor. Elevators are available. This Asheville vacation rental is located in central downtown Asheville.

• Please note that free parking is not included with this rental property, and there is no loading/unloading zone in front of the entrance. A paid parking garage nearby is well-marked and close to the building. The parking garage is first come first serve and has a daily fee for parking.
• Pet Restriction. This property is pet friendly with restrictions, allowing one dog per stay.
• While the city feels like a quiet mountain town in many ways, Asheville is a bustling city! This condo is adjacent to popular music venues and local street bars. Live music and city hustle and bustle will be heard while staying in our downtown rental during evening hours and especially on weekends.
•We strongly recommend CSA Travel Insurance to protect your reservation against unexpected events such as inclement weather, medical emergencies, or travel delays.

This Is a Pet-Friendly Property -- Please Read this Important Information!
• For any reservation with pets, please note that only dogs are allowed. Your reservation requires a pet fee of $125 per dog. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed on your reservation.
• Failure to pay the pet fee may result in cancellation of your reservation.
• The pet fee is required; undeclared pets are subject to a penalty fine per the rental agreement terms.
• The pet policies for this vacation rental, which can be found on the last page of your rental agreement, should be reviewed PRIOR TO BOOKING.
