The place was very spacious and clean. It was top notch on the extras: shampoo/ soap/ kitchen supplies, etc. Location was perfect - near restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay here again!

Our family was in Ashville for a wedding. Michael the property manager could not have been nicer and more accommodating! The place was very clean and comfortable. It had a very cool vibe with all the amenities you could want and all within walking distance to everything Ashville. Highly recommend1

Accommodations were perfect. The apartment beautiful, the location perfect for shopping and eating. An easy drive to everything. Clean, roomy, nice coffee bar, comfy beds, and a big table to eat around. We absolutely loved it. Our host was wonderful, spending time with me on the phone with lots of info about the area. One of our favorite reunion places after 54 years of meet ups with this group of friends. I hope we can do it again! Thanks Michael. My first visit to Asheville was perfect, and so was your apartment.

Great location, the loft was gorgeous and had everything we needed for the weekend! Easy to walk to all the shops and restaurants, we will be back!

The place was very centrally located to downtown Asheville and was great for walking. It was clean and the attention to details like toiletries, extra bedding, and the fully stocked coffee bar was great. It was large and looked liked the pictures. Only major issue was since it is located downtown it is quite noisy and sounds and smells drifted from businesses and the street.

Condo and Michael the host were great! While the location was great and near everything, because it’s near everything it can get loud late night. The sound machines in each bedroom were helpful.

Wonderful stay! Great location, loved the open space feeling, very clean. The restaurant below was a bit noisy at night…earplugs helped.

We loved staying here. Lots of room. Right in the middle of downtown and very convenient. I had a great coffee station which I loved! And the host was very easy to get in touch with and even worked to get us checked in early! Thank you for the great day.

The location in Asheville and open space in this property were exceptionally good, and the kitchen and bathrooms will well-equipped. Also, the host was very responsive to questions before and after our stay!

Michael is a great property manager - very responsive and provided links to many of the current Asheville activities. We couldn't have found a better location for a long weekend in Asheville.

The perfect spot in Asheville. More than enough room for our family of 6. Walking distance from shops and restaurants, easy drive to the Biltmore and Arboretum. More than enough towels and bathroom supplies. Coffee station with the Kuerig and flavored syrups was amazing. Pac-Man game was a nice surprise — brought us back. Book selection was a plus. Appreciate the local reference materials.We had a great stay!

Great location right downtown. Very clean, modern decor, comfortable beds, great communication with Micahel. A little loud at night time just due to location. White noise and ear plugs helped. Would stay again!

Absolutely beautiful Loft right in downtown Asheville. Extremely convenient to many of the restaurants, shops, and breweries. The Loft was extremely spacious, well stocked, and very clean! Loved the decor! Will stay again!

This property is right in the middle of all the great restaurants and shops in Asheville. It is a large, well stocked space. It was a great place for our family as we explored the city. The property is very secure.
