Beautiful 3 bedroom/2 bath heated pool home. Fun outdoor space, with firepit, bar, bbq area and heated spa.
Pet friendly! 10 min to the beach, 5 min to stores and restaurants! towels, beach chairs are provided. Just have a great time and enjoy your vacation!

Comfortable and relaxing

This house is a bit dated and can use a little TLC but has all of the conveniences needed for a nice getaway. The house is close to the town center and just a short drive to the beach. The back yard is very nice and looks exactly as shown in the picture. The pool is not heated but has a hot tub attached that overflows into the pool and heats pool nicely. The owner was super quick with getting to us . We really enjoyed our time and would recommend staying here.

Poor start

The day before our stay I called about key info and the property manager canceled my stay with Vrbo. They informed me they were no longer using Vrbo due to slow payment. They would however let me pay “To do To done” directly otherwise cancel whole stay. Remind you this is night before we leave and happens to be Daytona race weekend which I did not realize when I made reservation in October. I reluctantly agreed with not a lot of options. In my head I’m thinking they were trying to avoid Vrbo fees or something. Our drive there I was still not sure we would have a place to stay for 10 days. On the way I spoke to manager again and questioned why they were going around Vrbo. She then started giving me some attitude and nearly cancelled whole thing because I was skeptical. We did go along begrudgingly for the same price (I was thinking it might be a little less but no). So that’s how our trip started with much stress and a lot of anger. The place was adequate. Had to pay an extra $500 for tank of propane to heat hot tub and pool. I’ll be curious to see if the property shows up again on Vrbo. I’ll be looking at air B&B or another option next time. This experience was BS! 4-5 months was not enough time to give me a heads up that there was a change?!
