This newer, open-aired canal home with private heated pool (heat is on Nov. thru April) and home is decorated with elegant yet casual furnishings. It is your 'home away from home'.
Enjoy the large heated pool with screened lanai overlooking your private dock. The home has central air and all the rooms are equipped with ceiling fans to add to your comfort. If you are seeking a quiet & relaxing atmosphere, you will not be disappointed. Come and enjoy the water view with occasional pelicans, dolphins and manatees all from 'your backyard'.
The home has 3 bedrooms & 2 full baths, plenty of room for 4.
**Master bedroom-king-size bed, satellite tv & dvd walk-in closet to include adjacent bathroom with walk in shower
**2nd bedroom-queen-size bed and walk-in closet and second bathroom with walk in shower
**3rd bedroom-two twin-size beds and walk-in closet
**spacious kitchen with new appliances
**formal dining room
**open living room with french doors overlooking the pool and dock
**washer/dryer and 2 car garage

Weekly rates are from $1050-$1400 average rates:
($1050 for 2 adults, $100 for each additional adult and $50 for each child)Total number of persons in the home are 5
Holiday weeks from $1300-1500
Monthly rates are $3800
Additional taxes of 12% and a cleaning fee of $150
No extra charge for pets
Rental monies due 30 days prior to arrival with credit card
PLEASE: No smoking in the house only in the Lanai area as a courtesy to non smoking vacationers (extra fee of $50 will be charged if house smells when cleaning crew get there)

The house was very nice and functional. kitchen is stocked well with dishes and cookware. The pool is only heated during Oct.-April so we didn’t get to enjoy that due to water was too cold. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

This is a must stay!! The owners are so kind and communicative. It’s apparent how much they care and want you to have the best stay. Everything exceeded my ecxpectations. Such a great and comfortable home. It was very spacious yet cozy. The pool and screened in area were amazing. The house on the canal made everything so peaceful. Great location, such a pretty area beautiful as well as quick Beautiful drives to surrounding towns. Wish we could have stayed longer and hope to be back someday. Highly recommend!!

This property is wonderful!!! Very clean and comfortable. Location is very nice, quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed every bit of our stay. The pool was a comfortable temp and clean. (The little lizards on the outside were fun to watch, lol). The master bath and bedroom- amazing! Plenty of room, comfy furniture. We didn’t even watch tv. Nice quiet time to sit on the dock and read or watch the weather. Great location. We hope to be able to stay again sometime!!

Great place

This home was perfect for what we needed during our stay in Palm Coast. The layout of the home was spacious and open. I loved the high ceilings and the heated pool was wonderful. The neighborhood felt safe for my kids and I. The owners were responsive to my questions and accommodating. We are considering coming and staying sometime over the Summer!

Nice Home In Palm Coast

The house was nice but could use some updating and in a good location. The pool was kept at a very comfortable temperature.Palm Coast is a great area for bike trails!The owners were very responsive to any issues we had during our 5 week stay.

2 weeks in Palm Coast

The home is exactly as it looks on line. Clean and spacious and well appointed. We were 5 adults and once the water got warm not one person complained about running out of hot water when it came time to get ready to go out to dinner. The pool is lovely and the location is quiet and relaxing. The grill had gas in it and worked which was nice. The living room area was really nice for us to hang while watching football etc. Hosts were very responsive and took care of all the issues that came up during our 2 week stay. The problem with this lovely home for our family was the smell. This is not a smoke free home. The smoke smell was really pervasive when we arrived and the first order of business for my daughters was purchasing several scented candles which luckily made a difference. The owners are pretty responsive so I assume they will take care of this asap. It's pretty bad.... Don't shoot the messenger.

Had a great time

We enjoyed our stay, despite having crappy weather! The pool was warm enough that we were still able to use it (the air was colder than the water! Haha) Nice quiet neighborhood, felt safe. The house was clean and as described, however the bathtub has been replaced by a shower. This wouldn't be a big deal except there is no bathtub in the house and this was kind of a big deal for us. Other than that, it was fantastic.

Missed opportunity

The house is clean and the neighborhood is nice. I knew from the listing that it was an older home but felt the price reflected that. It was more outdated than I expected. Although the hosts responded very quickly to our requests, which did help make our stay more comfortable, the overall feeling of the house is that it badly needs a refresh. The furniture is worn and older and the beds and bedding are outdated. The pool is nice and clean but I did have to purchase lounge chairs and pool floats for our stay. The lace curtains don’t really open, making it difficult to see out in the daytime and a total lack of privacy at night. There is also a skylight in the bedroom so if you need darkness to sleep this may be a problem. If you’re looking for a no frills basic house in a good location then this will work.
