This newer, open-aired canal home with private heated pool (heat is on Nov. thru April) and home is decorated with elegant yet casual furnishings. It is your 'home away from home'.
Enjoy the large heated pool with screened lanai overlooking your private dock. The home has central air and all the rooms are equipped with ceiling fans to add to your comfort. If you are seeking a quiet & relaxing atmosphere, you will not be disappointed. Come and enjoy the water view with occasional pelicans, dolphins and manatees all from 'your backyard'.
The home has 3 bedrooms & 2 full baths, plenty of room for 4.
**Master bedroom-king-size bed, satellite tv & dvd walk-in closet to include adjacent bathroom with walk in shower
**2nd bedroom-queen-size bed and walk-in closet and second bathroom with walk in shower
**3rd bedroom-two twin-size beds and walk-in closet
**spacious kitchen with new appliances

**open living room with french doors overlooking the pool and dock

Weekly rates are from $1050-$1400 average rates:
($1050 for 2 adults, $100 for each additional adult and $50 for each child)Total number of persons in the home are 5

Additional taxes of 12% and a cleaning fee of $150
No extra charge for pets
Rental monies due 30 days prior to arrival with credit card
PLEASE: No smoking in the house only in the Lanai area as a courtesy to non smoking vacationers (extra fee of $50 will be charged if house smells when cleaning crew get there)

Great place

This home was perfect for what we needed during our stay in Palm Coast. The layout of the home was spacious and open. I loved the high ceilings and the heated pool was wonderful. The neighborhood felt safe for my kids and I. The owners were responsive to my questions and accommodating. We are considering coming and staying sometime over the Summer!

Nice Home In Palm Coast

The house was nice but could use some updating and in a good location. The pool was kept at a very comfortable temperature.Palm Coast is a great area for bike trails!The owners were very responsive to any issues we had during our 5 week stay.

2 weeks in Palm Coast

The home is exactly as it looks on line. Clean and spacious and well appointed. We were 5 adults and once the water got warm not one person complained about running out of hot water when it came time to get ready to go out to dinner. The pool is lovely and the location is quiet and relaxing. The grill had gas in it and worked which was nice. The living room area was really nice for us to hang while watching football etc. Hosts were very responsive and took care of all the issues that came up during our 2 week stay. The problem with this lovely home for our family was the smell. This is not a smoke free home. The smoke smell was really pervasive when we arrived and the first order of business for my daughters was purchasing several scented candles which luckily made a difference. The owners are pretty responsive so I assume they will take care of this asap. It's pretty bad.... Don't shoot the messenger.

Had a great time

We enjoyed our stay, despite having crappy weather! The pool was warm enough that we were still able to use it (the air was colder than the water! Haha) Nice quiet neighborhood, felt safe. The house was clean and as described, however the bathtub has been replaced by a shower. This wouldn't be a big deal except there is no bathtub in the house and this was kind of a big deal for us. Other than that, it was fantastic.

Missed opportunity

The house is clean and the neighborhood is nice. I knew from the listing that it was an older home but felt the price reflected that. It was more outdated than I expected. Although the hosts responded very quickly to our requests, which did help make our stay more comfortable, the overall feeling of the house is that it badly needs a refresh. The furniture is worn and older and the beds and bedding are outdated. The pool is nice and clean but I did have to purchase lounge chairs and pool floats for our stay. The lace curtains don’t really open, making it difficult to see out in the daytime and a total lack of privacy at night. There is also a skylight in the bedroom so if you need darkness to sleep this may be a problem. If you’re looking for a no frills basic house in a good location then this will work.

Beautiful Canal House

Wonderful roomy canal house in Palm Coast. The kitchen was well-equipped (which I find unusual in vacation rentals), the pool was lovely and the dock appeared to be the perfect spot to bring your boat. This house had everything we needed for our stay. It has plenty of room for a family.

3rd Time Staying.

LOVE this house! We stayed 10 days this year and wished we could have stayed longer. Its location is perfect for day trips to surrounding areas and only 10 to 15 mins from the beach. Its also great just to hang out at which we done alot of. Lots of fishing and swimming. Plan on booking next year soon.

A Peaceful Retreat

We spent 12 days at this lovely home in June 2024. Everything was perfect. We would be happy to stay there again. That pool was so relaxing!! Palm Coast is a lovely area, between St. Augustine and Daytona Beach.

Great stay!

We wanted to take our dog along to Florida with us and it worked out great. Nice quiet neighborhood, easy to take walks. We found she just likes to lay out in the sun by the pool just like us! Heated pool was awesome and no extra daily charge!

Clean and comfortable in Palm Coast

This home is super clean! Extremely well maintained inside and out. The home is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood in a good location. Great linens, lots of towels, very comfortable beds! The kitchen is equipped with good quality pots and pans. Lots of dishes, etc. Beautiful pool area with a lovely view of the quiet canal. The pool was clean and warm. Lots of afternoon sun. The garage was a big plus. Great communication from Laurie. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks for sharing your bit of paradise with us!

Fl vacation

I was worried that with bringing my dogs the house would have a pet smell. It did not, no smell at all. The house was very very clean. The master bedroom bed was very comfortable also. It was to chilly for the use of the pool but the jacuzzi bath tub was very relaxing. It would’ve been nice if there were lounge chairs by the pool besides chairs. I would come back again in warmer weather than in February. lol.

Vacation to visit family

We really enjoyed the property, it was a little cold to enjoy the pool, but certainly enjoyed the Jacuzzi tub. The property was clean and exactly was the way the listing was advertised when we go back next year we would love to stay at this property again.

Great house in a perfect location

We had a great time away and enjoyed our stay here. The neighborhood was quite and the neighbors were great. The house is close to the beaches and restaurants. It’s a quick drive to St Augustine, Daytona Beach, Flagler Beach, and the outlet malls. Lots to do and see. We really love this area!

Wunderschönes Haus am Kanal

Relaxing

My husband and I rented to be near families we wanted to visit. It was very clean, relaxing, and a quiet neighborhood. Loved that we could take the dog with us. It was exactly what we needed and easy access to our family nearby. We will rent again hopefully!

Beautiful Home

We had a wonderful time at this property. The house was spotless. The pool was so nice and just as immaculate. We loved sitting by the pool in the evenings and listening to the fish and watching the stars. The neighbors are extremely quiet and we felt very safe. Thank you for an amazing vacation.

Rest and Relaxation in this beautiful pool home

Exactly as advertised

Property was immaculate and very comfortable. No issues whatsoever. Especially enjoyed the comfortable seating in the pool area. Recommend this property to anyone seeking a relaxing, easy, comfortable get-away.
