Thank you for sharing your thoughts about your recent stay. We’re delighted to hear that you loved the house, but I’m truly sorry to learn about the issues you encountered with ants, roaches, scorpions, and a brown recluse. Your comfort and satisfaction are incredibly important to us. I want to assure you that our properties are sprayed regularly to keep insects at bay. However, being on an island, we sometimes face challenges, especially after a big rain, which can bring out insects despite our best efforts. I don't see any previous communication from you regarding these concerns during your stay. We would have been more than happy to address them immediately to ensure a pleasant experience for you. Regarding the pool, I apologize if it didn’t meet your expectations based on the pictures. We strive to provide accurate representations, but we’ll take a closer look to ensure our photos are true to life. Thank you again for your feedback. It helps us improve and provide a better experience for our guests. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future and provide you with the exceptional stay you deserve. Warm regards, Life in Paradise Team

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We deeply apologize for the inconvenience you experienced during your stay. The pool heater unexpectedly encountered issues and required repairs, which prevented it from functioning as intended. We understand how important the heated pool was to your overall experience, and we're truly sorry that this impacted your trip. To make this right, we have refunded the fee for the pool heat. We appreciate your understanding and hope you’ll consider giving us another chance in the future. We would love the opportunity to provide you with the exceptional stay you deserve. Warm regards, Life in Paradise Team
