On the first floor you can find our large kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances along with a tastefully designed living room area. The mezzanine above includes two queen sized beds along with washer and dryer for your convenience. Finally, the master bedroom is on the third floor and includes its own bathroom and king-sized bed. We have G- Fiber which provides super high-speed WIFI. We also offer storage space for any equipment you may want to bring, such as skis and snowboards along with free on site parking. Only 11 minutes from the Salt Lake International Airport and 30 minutes from Snowbird Ski Resort, our loft is situated in the heart of downtown Salt Lake City. A variety of crowd-pleasing restaurants, bars, shops, are within walking distance. Just walk down the stairs and enjoy a drink and/or a delectable meal at the new and popular restaurant/bar - Franklin Ave Cocktails and Kitchen located within the same building. On the same street enjoy out of this world freestyle street tacos at RocTaco or enjoy the lively at Brick and Mortar, just across the street. Additionally, we are within walking distance of the City Creek and The Gateway Malls where you can find many popular clothing retailers, eateries, movie theaters and other venues. Just two blocks away from the loft is Harmon's Grocery, the neighborhood grocer/supermarket where you can order food for delivery or pick-up, post your mail, and buy fresh flowers.
