Summary:
Welcome to our fully renovated beach town getaway. Just 30 minutes away from Cleveland. This home is perfect for families and friends looking to get away, slow down, and spend quality time together. The home is centrally located in Fairport Harbor, so it just minutes away from the beach, shopping, dining, and the marina. The local wineries & distilleries are only 30 minutes east.
The Space:
· On the 1st floor is the living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, and a full bath with shower.
· On the 2nd floor you will find a full bathroom with tub, 2 bedrooms with queen beds, and the master bedroom with a king bed, walk-in closet, and master
· On the 3rd floor you will find the second living room space and the 4th bedroom with two twin beds.
·You also have a 3-season front porch & an open back porch overlooking the back yard to enjoy the outdoors.
Guest Access:
Guest have access to the entire home except the basement.
Getting Around:
Parking and getting around town is easy. There is street parking available for our property on 5th St or Vine St. The beach, restaurants, and shops are a few minute drive from the property.

My wife and I were both born and raised here in northeast Ohio. We love renovating homes and creating beautiful spaces that people appreciate. We started hosting as a way to share what we do with more people. We both love hearing from guests about the great memories they made at our place.
Por qué eligió esta propiedad
Fairport Harbor has always been a sleepy lake town. It reminds me of those lazy summer lake vacation spots people used to go to for the entire summer. It's close to everything in the area--the lake, Cleveland, the wineries, etc. We think it is a hidden gem.
Qué distingue a esta propiedad
When we bought the property, it was in very bad shape. We gutted the entire house and redid everything--changing the layout, adding bathrooms, and bringing everything up to code. We did not want to lose the original charm of the home--so we kept the original interior doors and floors, installed baseboards to match the original, framed newspaper clips we found underneath old floor tile, refinished furniture from the previous owner, etc. This house is a perfect blend of old and new. It's been our passion project.
