This 4 bedroom house is an updated old farmhouse located on the most beautiful road in Harpersfield, Ohio. This farm has 32 acres of grapes with a fishing pond, beautiful scenery, and a farm house that is very comfortable. The area has so much to do- 20 wineries, 17 covered bridges, Lake Erie, Geneva-on-the-Lake vacation land, antique stores, the SPIRE institute, The Grand river, and many restaurants to visit. Come get away and relax at VineView Inn.

Very nice and great location.The refrigerator wasn't working properly and a result we had to keep everything in coolers. I informed the owner of the problem and she apologized and offered the use of her refrigerator and freezer if we needed it.Other than that, an awesome place to stay.and we will be back next year!

Peaceful stay for our family

Kathy’s place was the perfect peaceful resting place for our family of 5 as we traveled to Geneva for a swim meet! This is our second stay, great location!

Vacation Rental

The rental was absolutely beautiful and spacious! Very peaceful as well. Was able to comfortably fit 9 of us for the weekend! Will definitely plan another trip again in the future and will rent the same place!

Perfect Spot

Vineview Inn is the perfect spot to hit all of your favorite wineries and then relax in the farmhouse to play games at the huge dining room table. Comfy beds, cozy living areas, and if you travel with a musician like we did there is a baby grand piano to enjoy! I highly recommend the house and Kathy was a gracious host!

Best Birthday Winery Get - Away

The host was wonderful! We had a total of 8 in the house and had a great time. Vineyard and bon fire in the backyard. The wineries were close by and some within walking distance. Very Picturesque!

GREAT HOUSE AND GREAT LOCATION

Had a wonderful weekend in the midst of Geneva wine country. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The Host was amazing and quick to respond when we had a question. I highly recommend renting this house. Thank you Kathy, my family and I needed this weekend.

Great Location in Ohio Wine Country

This is the second time we've stayed here for NYE with some friends. Great location - beautiful property with the vines in the back yard. Easily could walk to a few wineries, restaurant, and distillery. Quick drive to a few others. Owners are very responsive!

Quiet and convenient

Perfect place to stay for our group of athletes. The sports venue was just a few miles away and this location allowed some much needed downtime away from the chaos. The owners were super sweet and had great communication. Very knowledgeable on the area and the history.

Wonderful Wine Country Stay

This was a great stay in wine country. The farmhouse was above what we expected. The host thought of everything from soaps, to dishes, cooking utensils, towels and more! The grounds were great to walk to the pond in the evening. Would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing weekend.

My husband and myself have worked 100 acres of vineyard for the last 40 years. This farmhouse was my husbands home as a young boy. He with his parents and brothers worked this farm. They sold it in 1967 and it came up for sale in 2007 so we thought that with our three daughters and son in laws help, we could make this endeavor a dream come true.

We have other cottage rentals at Geneva-on-the-Lake and have enjoyed meeting people and their families from all over The United States. We thought this farm house would be wonderful for the people who come to our many wineries in our county.
