The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Close to restaurants and the activities we wanted to do downtown. We would stay here again !

The location is great, tastefully decorated, fully stocked. The beds are pretty comfortable. It’s unfortunate that the rooms were uncomfortable to sleep in due to the excessive heat upstairs. The day we got there the ac was not working on the second floor where all the bedrooms are. We contacted the host about it and he gave us instructions on how to set it up. The system was just not working. No one came the same day to see what the problem was. The host sent someone to look at it the next day. A professional was not called to repair the ac. It was the property manager. We spent 2 nights sleeping on the floor between the kitchen and living room due to the temperatures upstairs being 89 degrees. I feel the host could have made better efforts to fix the problem as we spent over one thousand dollars to sleep on the floor for two nights. I already requested a refund which I think we fully deserve. I would have gladly gone somewhere else but every hotel in the vicinity was sold out due to the convention.

We were in town for our daughter’s graduation! The home was a great location to NCSU! The house was decorated with great style and had everything we needed.

Great view of the Raleigh skyline!

This adorable house has a great view of the skyline from the front porch, a cozy back yard and deck of of the master bedroom.

Nice place near Convention Center

We came to attend a convention at the Raleigh Convention center and this was a convenient location, about a 10 minute walk away. We enjoyed the large dining table to gather around. All bedrooms are upstairs, which wasn't a big problem for us. Mattresses were VERY comfy! Food hall around the corner was also a nice place to find dinner.

Great city location

Nice, clean, great location for visiting friends. Beds were comfortable and kitchen had what we needed. Nice patio to sit on if the weather had been better.

Owners were very responsive. The house was very comfortable and a great location to attend a conference at the Raleigh convention center. We would definitely stay again.

Very convenient for downtown wedding

Great stay in Raleigh!

Amazing property in an up and coming area in Raleigh. You could tell that someone stayed prior to us and tried to "clean" the dishes, but it was such a small blip in an otherwise beautiful house.

Beautifully restored home convenient to downtown

We loved this home in downtown Raleigh! We were just a handful of minutes away from the parks, museums and the state capitol and walking distance from eating establishments like the Transfer Company Food Hall (you can see it from the house!) and Beasley's Chicken+Honey. The beds, couch and chairs were comfortable and the appliances were all in great condition. The decks (upper and lower) made it easy just to step outside and enjoy the backyard. This was a great find!
