Perfect place for work and play! Close to downtown and easy access from I-40. Kick back and relax in this stylish, cozy space. Food and fun only minutes away!

This brand new, two story town home has an open concept kitchen, den and dining area on the main floor. The three comfortable and stylish bedrooms are located on the second floor along with a full size washer/dryer and balcony.

Guest have access to the entire townhome and can enter either from the front with free, street parking or from the rear using the garage access.

This beautiful new space does have stairs! It is also located near downtown where you may hear the sounds of the vibrant city to include cars and trains.

Host was very accommodating, and the house is very enjoyable. Well appointed, new place with everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Raleigh.

We were in town for NCSU Parents’ Weekend. Katheryn’s property was absolutely beautiful! It was gorgeously decorated, the kitchen was fully stocked with every amenity, and we thoroughly enjoyed a relaxing cup of coffee in the mornings. The king bed in the master was so comfortable and the blackout curtains made for the best sleep we’ve had in a while. The location of the property was perfect - convenient to a grocery store, restaurants, NC State campus, and our son’s house. Katheryn is a super host! We highly recommend her property!

Comfortable and cozy escape not far from the busy downtown. Very clean and well equipped. Pay attention to the warning about the garage though - it was tight ( but nice to have in the rain).

Gorgeous! Very clean, organized, and in great condition. Close to eating establishments, coffee, etc. Would highly recommend and we will definitely stay again if we're in the area! The host was very friendly and easy to communicate with if needed. Directions were spot on! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this Vrbo in Raleigh! The house is new, very clean, and incredibly comfortable. Everything we needed was thoughtfully provided—the host truly thought of every detail to make our stay easy and enjoyable. It felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend this property and host!

This townhouse is wonderful. It is new and clean and comfortable. Katherine has fully stocked the kitchen and supplied amenities that rival most hotels. Having a parking spot included is also a plus anytime staying downtown.

The townhome was perfect for us 3 women. It is have beautifully outfitted and filled with many little extras. As a VRBO host for 18 years, I saw the attention to detail, the cleanliness and comfort. Parking is a bit tight unless you drive a smaller vehicle. The location is convenient to downtown. We would absolutely book it again

This is a terrific condo -- nice layout; well equipped; within 3 minute drive of the Convention Center and a lot of great restaurants, etc. Very quiet unit even though there is a unit above. In addition, Kathryn could not have been nicer or easier to book with. We all agreed that we'd love to stay here again the next time we're in Raleigh and can highly recommend the Eclectic Urban Retreat to others!!

Beautiful home. Everything you could possibly need is there for use. The binder on the table With the locals came in handy. My kids enjoyed the marble museum. And the New York pizza and the local park just minutes from the home. The host was very responsive to my needs. The neighborhood is lovely. When ever I come to Raleigh this is where I want to book. Thanks

A townhouse that is quite new. Comfortable furniture, good kitchen, very nice sheets & towels and only a 15 minute walk from the convention center. It worked very well for me and my two friends as we attended a symposium at the convention center. The house was clean and everything was in very good repair.
