Loved this condo!

Condo was just as pictured! Beautiful with tons of space and a great location! Property manager was very helpful with any questions. We would stay here again!

It was a clean and fun trip, some cosmetic things with the room were old but overall it was a great!

It was a clean and fun trip. The room had some cosmetic things with the room that could be touched up but overall the room was better than expected and the hosts were quick to respond and help when needed. The trip was definitely worth it!

Great for more than one family!

There was plenty of room for two families. I loved spending time on the balcony and watching the light show every night. I could t have asked for a better location. It was central to everything.

Vacation

Overall the experience was fine and the place had plenty of room for 9 of us. There needs to be some updates as far as the kitchen, cabinets, painting, ceiling in living room, etc. The location was perfect and right across from the beach. The pools were perfect with nice poolside bar and grill. Workers were very friendly and helpful. The shops and restaurants on site were perfect and good quality.

Had a good stay,, but the wallpapers were peeling as well as the ceiling had cracks thru it. Washer had mold in it.

The place was filthy. The cabinets had open bags of food in all of them. The floors were filthy. The couch was from a cheap place that had been used for years. Lumps so bad you couldn’t set on it. Very small also. The only piece of furniture in the living room. The garbage can was so filthy inside and out that I didn’t want to open it to put garbage in. Both tubs in bathrooms we black stained and the shower curtains had black mold all over. Only a total of one roll of toilet paper in the place. Towels in bathrooms were stained and old. Only one kitchen towel and no dishrags. The outside furniture had mold on it and was so dirty you couldn’t set on it. We have stayed at Laketown wharf over 5 times and this is the first time we have had such a horrible place.

Great location. A little confusing at checkin stated 5th floor but unit isactually 7th floor. Parking easy. Floors were dirty, counters dirty, cabinet pulls sticky, trashcan lid didnt close, stains on curtains and bedroom pillows shams, ice maker didnt work, fridge dirty, i went and bought cleaning supplies and mop to clean it took about 45 minutes to clean inside and then we wiped down all furniture and railing outside. Then we had a great stay.

Great Girl's Weekend Getaway!!

We came for a weekend girls getaway and had an amazing time. The host was super on point with communication which was great! We always rent the day before because we check in during the middle of the night. Our host offered an extra day as she was concerned that we missed our first day, which was super sweet! Unfortunately, we all have to be back in reality on Monday.

it was kind of dirty when we got there, things weren’t working, the dryer ripped all of our clothes, and sink was clogged up plus etc.

PCB trip

The unit was great, very clean, very spacious. Fan and light in master didn’t work but the tub was phenomenal.The resort could use some work, the elevator nearest the unit had one broken the whole week and the second was unreliable at best. Pools were great proximity to the beach was awesome. Loved the fountain and light show. Several of the shops were closed due to AC issues but plenty of other places were close and convenient. Overall we had a great time,Thank you!

Somethong good. Something bad

Everything was ok. All 3 room was ok . But too many cockrach in the kitchen sink and livingroom .i ask to host . But didnt resolved...they said nextweek scheduled pest control. They doesn't have a basic paper towels and laundry detergent too. Bring it if u reserves this room .

Thank you for your wonders communication! The HOA performed the pest treatment and the unit has been thoroughly cleaned and inspected afterwards! The cleaning vendor servicing the unit provide just starter paper products, I apologize you must have missed that information provided in your detailed check in instructions. Disappointed

Things did not work air conditioning ceiling fans ice maker the floors where not clean had mold by the refrigerator had roaches could not get ahold of the host has not returned my phone calls yet . My family felt like we was being watched constantly by security always standing on the top floors starring at people it was weird had not water for several hrs one day. I will never stay here again worst vacation my family has had

The feedback has been transferred to the Laketown building, they are making sure the complex stays safe and all patrons are protected.

I didn't enjoy my stay

The pictures are deceiving nothing like what was stated. The place needs a lot of work. The host is awful. After you get there know one can come visit you, because outside guests are not allowed. Plus you have to wear armband throughout your visit which theirs a extra charge after you make your payment. She need to include all the facts beforehand. My family has never dealt with this kind of problem before. It's a lot of things that need to be repaired throughout the complex. They don't go by there contract. I advise everyone to go somewhere else.

I know that is could be an inconvenience not not allow outside guests in, but this one feature is the main reason the complex stays safe and all the patrons are protected from anyone trying to use the wonderful amenities! I must comply by their rules and follow them accordingly! So sorry to hear you find this as a negative and left a negative feedback! I guess it is all about perspective.

Review of our stay at the wharf condo

We recently stayed at the condo at the wharf and had mixed feelings about our visit while we enjoyed our time at the beach and the location was great. The condo itself fell short of expectations. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the unit was disappointing. The floors were very sandy upon arrival and the refrigerator was dirty both inside and out the cabinets felt greasy and actually had a film, which was unpleasant. The ice machine was broken, which was inconvenient during our stay Several maintenance issues also impacted our comfort the curtain rods in both the living room and bedroom were hanging loose from the walls. The dishwasher knob was missing so we couldn’t even turn it on. Additionally, the couch was quite old and the cushions wouldn’t lay flat making it uncomfortable to use overall while the beach experience was enjoyable. We had hoped the condo would match the quality shown in the pictures. It would be great if the property could address the cleanliness and maintenance issues for future guests.

The host provided great instructions on the check in and check out process before my stay. Upon arrival, the unit was filthy and had not been thoroughly cleaned. There was sand and dirt all over the floors, sand and crumbs in the beds, french fries in the couch, a broken bed frame in one of the bedrooms, the refrigerator was dirty inside, and the light fixture in the common area did not work. It seems as if the only thing done prior to my check in was trash removal and making the beds without changing the sheets. Myself and guests had to clean the unit ourselves and order blankets to at least be able to have some comfortability during our stay. I’m extremely disappointed in the experience as a whole. I would stay on the property again, but not this particular unit.
