Great place. Our only complaint was the elevator situation. Luckily we were on the 7th floor so we would use the garage elevators to floor 6 and then take the stairs up to 7th. Really enjoyed the stay! We didn't use the bunk beds because my daughter's didn't like that there wasn't a door for privacy so they used the couch bed instead. Thank you for a great vacation!

Great little space

We loved staying here! Super easy access to the beach as well as restaurants. There was plenty of space and storage for our things and the washer/dryer was so convenient!!!

The fridge ice maker doesn’t work so no ice for use,The frig is old and dirtyThe microwave numbers are brokenBut it worked just couldn’t read the numbers, I thought with all the “updates”Paint goes a long way especially with kiltz, — we would assume to fix would be also holes in the wall ? That would be my first update to do and paint the floor boards and doors I promise it will do wonders The outside “furniture “ is lack not to mention also broken No Keurig Why?? It’s 2026King bed is worn sleepable if you are a fat man I however am not so it was not very uncomfortable due to the weight dents in the old mattress.The cleaning lady needs to be fired Black mold It’s always mildew use bleach and it will smell clean then !The bath faucet were gross all had black moldNo cleaning under itemsNo sweepingThe wharf facility is a dump It has gone down hill these last few years and I don’t think we will stay at the place ever againThe elevators alone were unsafe not just broken but unsafeThe workers are rude and pretend dont speak EnglishThe stores/Restaurant are a joke? When they want to openThe whole facility was dirty and not picked up the halls were gross A piece of pizza was in the same place from sat to the day I left on Thursday night , no housekeeping by wharf?? Not to mention the smell it just stunk everywhere in the elevator, down the hall (and it’s open) balconyThe sheets were clean Its not worth the money

Summer Vacation 👎

This rental is in a great location. The beach access is very nice and convenient. The pools were very nice especially with all the chairs and umbrellas. However, the kitchen is missing several things to be considered fully stocked. To name a few there wasn’t any scissors, spatula or baking pan. The cleanliness was not as expected. The most concerning was that we found a used bandaid on the comforter.

Lovely Place

Super lovely condo, very spacious and updated. However, we wouldn’t stay here again not because of the property owner but because the elevators are a NIGHTMARE. We had to walk up 7 flights of stairs everyday with an infant and two small children if we didn’t want to wait 20 minutes everytime for the elevator. Also, I recommend bringing your own sheets because the ones provided are uncomfortable. The beds are also very firm, we all woke up sore every morning. The light show is beautiful and a hit if you have children or even for yourself. Like I said though beautiful place just wish it was more convenient

Panama Vacation 2023

Property was fairly nice. There was some risidual sand and part of the vanity was broken in the master bath. The fan in the second bathroom was extremely loud as well, but overall, it was a nice stay. The only downside is that the wait for the elevators was entirely too long, so long we opted to take the steps instead, so keep that in mind if you have a handicap. For us, it was a small annoyance, but it helped us get our steps in (LOL) so not a huge issue for us overall. Water shows werent spectacular, but was a nice addition when sitting on the balcony in the evening.

Atrocious

This place was not as advertised. Listing says “just remodeled”.Absolutely not.This rooms cleanliness was absolutely appalling. Blood and urine stains on the sofa bed, stains and questionable drip stains on the walls around bunk beds and all walls, layers of dust and mold on the baseboards,grout on floor was black and mildew/stinky shower curtains. The worst part was the ac-the compressor is in the closet right next to the bunks where kids were to sleep. We had to move the mattresses to the living room to get any rest. The Escala rental company and owner were slow to respond which I found out later was because within the 24 hours they are paid. A cleaning lady came on the third day with a mattress pad to go over the stained sofa bed. If someone in our party was to be dedicated to sleep there we would have left this hole. The cleaning lady said the rental was not deep cleaned that season as it should have been. We were with a baseball team and their rooms were nothing like ours yet they kept insisting the lawnmower caliber was normal. One day a “maintenance” guy came to tell us there was nothing they could do. Fan light, microwave light not working, trash left in the cabinets. Also the patio furniture in the listing looked nice and inviting,however none of that was there. Vrbo was not much help, I spent hours talking to them and said it was owner discretion to give me any type of refund. Of course no response. I would not rent from Escala or Analiya ever again. Save yourself!

We had our maintenance and housekeeping teams visit your unit multiple times to address your requests. As we explained, the building's design places the AC unit within the closet of each condo, and a buzzing sound when the compressor engages is typical for all units. Our maintenance team confirmed that your AC unit was functioning as expected and was actually less noisy than the average AC unit in the building. We genuinely regret that we were unable to fully meet your expectations during your stay. Thank you again for choosing to stay with us. We hope your next stay is pleasant and enjoyable, wherever it is.

Makeup towel was laid out as if clean, but filthy when running under water before using. Non-fitted sheet that was under our comforter had sand on it. Some of the silverware in the drawer was dirty. Floors weren't clean as feet quickly became dirty upon arrival. The pull out mattress in the couch had no comforter or cover for it. Pillows stored in the master closet smelt of seafood, mind you they didn't have pillowcases on them so it was the actual pillow. When I asked for a credit of some sort for dealing with all this and resolving what we could on our own, it was ignored.

Clean and relaxing

Condo was very clean and just a few little things that needed attention but nothing major. The staff were very friendly and the hot tub and heated pool was awesome!

Easy access to everything you need

We enjoyed our vacation and with the close proximity to everything we need we didn't even need to use our personal vehicle. Plus the ability to rent golf carts for exploring is within walking distance. The beds were comfortable, which is something I always tend too worry about. Our kids also loved the light show at night and looking over the balcony for turtles and large fish in the lake. We would definitely go back.

Easy access to everything

Great for a family vacation. We were able to leave our vehicle parked and walked or rented a golf cart for everything we wanted to do. I love how close it is to the beach. Our kids love the light and water show at night outside our balcony. They also enjoyed looking for turtles and fish in the water.

Nice place

Overall it was a nice experience. There were some issues with some of the appliances upon arrival. I emailed the owner and they sent maintenance had most of them resolved. A good place to take the family.
