Perfect for a casual getaway, this studio has everything you need to enjoy the Gulf Coast! With easy access to the beach, you're sure to have a memorable coastal adventure. After a long day soaking up all the sun at the beach, enjoy the shared pool that makes it easy to cool off on those warm Florida days. Dry off and retreat to your suite to unwind, with a TV for entertainment and a cozy kitchen for whipping up simple meals. Free WiFi is provided for your convenience.
Located on Thomas Drive, you'll be only a few steps away from the sand. Hop in the car, and you can explore the family-friendly attractions of Panama City Beach or nearby sights like Gulf World, Pier Park Mall, and wild rides of Shipwreck Island.

THIS PROPERTY IS 21 years old AND OLDER.
This property offers a Seasonal Chair from Mar 1-Oct 31, 2025 ( 1 set of 2 loungers and 1 umbrella)
The unit accommodates up to 4 guests maximum(including children and infants of all ages) per PCB Ordinance 1632. Having more guests than the maximum of 4 allowed by law could result in a fine starting at $500 and ejection- NO MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED.
Upon arrival, ALL GUESTS will have to register with the HOA office to pay the resort fee and receive their parking pass. The office is located on the first floor to your left as you walk in. The cost of it is $30, and they accept credit cards and cash (no debit cards).
NOTE: This property requires armbands to be worn AT ALL times while on the property for safety
