Regal Palms Resort provides the amenities that you look for in a sunny Florida vacation. Enjoy the resort pool with a lazy river and water slide, beach volleyball court, arcade, fitness center, ice cream shop, restaurant, and much more.

You will be staying in a 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom Townhome conveniently located by the clubhouse with a short walk.

The first floor features one of two master bedrooms with a queen size bed and full bathroom, living room with a smart TV, kitchen, Washer/Dryer, and a sliding glass door that leads to a small patio.

The second-floor features two guest bedrooms each with a set of twin beds and each bedroom with a
smart TV, a master bedroom with a King size bed, smart TV, and desk to do work, a full bath attached to the master with an oversized soaking tub, another full bathroom, and a linen closet.

Regal Palms resort requires a mandatory resort fee of $20 per group per day (for example: a group of 8 people staying 5 days will pay a $100 resort fee plus tax). The resort fee is NOT per person.

Upon arrival, you will check-in at the front desk to the right of the lobby. There, you will receive bracelets that allow access to the amenities and a parking pass that you must have in your car at all
times.

IS THERE INTERNET ACCESS?
Yes. The WIFI password is posted in the living room. Free wifi around clubhouse area as well.

IS THERE CABLE TV AND STREAMING SERVICES?
Yes. There is xfinity spectrum basic cable. All 5 TVs are smart TVs with streaming services such as Netflix,
Amazon Prime Video, and Disney+ accessible through the guest’s own awn accounts. You will need to log in to have access, but do not forget to log off at the end of your stay.

WHAT ITEMS DOES THE HOST PROVIDE?
There will be starter items available to you such as 1 laundry detergent pod, 1 dishwasher pod, travel
size shampoo, soap, and toothpaste, as well as a 2 K-Cups for the Keurig. We also provide 1 roll of toilet
paper in each bathroom. If any supplies run out, the guest will be responsible to provide their own.
There is a Publix Supermarket and CVS located very close where you can shop for additional groceries
and toiletries.

HOW FAR IS THE TOWNHOME FROM THE AMENITIES?
You will be a short 2–3-minute walk from the clubhouse and all of the amenities. Be sure to remember
your wristbands for access.
